Housing developments with all the units looking similar is most likely the builder keeping costs down. A high end development will have at least a few different style homes especially if they are pre sold you can pick your own colors and misc options but that depend on the strength of the market. In the early 2000′s many houses were pre sold almost entire developments. Usually you can see gentrification of neighborhoods not really housing developments since they are already built that way due to cost and its just easier and cheaper to offer less options

hunting for the sake of killing or for food/sport? a lot of my maternal family hunts for sport. the bullet of an AR-15 shreds the meat and ruins it.

Bullshit. You can get all types of bullets for AR-15s.

This is a 7.62mm bullet, the type is Federal 150gr Fusion JSP, a jacketed soft-point you would use for hunting, and thus considered to waste less meat.

This is a 5.56mm M193 ball round, which is a type of bullet you WOULDN’T use for hunting anyway, but this one “wastes” the most meat.

I don’t know if you have noticed but the “hunting round” nearly split the block in half. The only reasons you wouldn’t use a M193 round is because it’s light (55 grains versus 150 grains on the other example) and thus it has problems penetrating deep into the vital organs of thick animals, and the fact that the bullet breaks apart which means you’ll have to spend some time picking lead out of the meat. That’s what “ruins” the meat, it’s not the sheer damage it causes, but the fact that you might not want to ingest lead.

BUT WHO CARES WHEN YOU CAN BUY HUNTING BULLETS FOR THE AR15 THAT ACTUALLY PERFORM DECENTLY AND ARE MADE OUT OF SOLID COPPER SO THEY WON’T BREAK APART?
