Summary: One night together and one pregnancy that was never supposed to happen…what are you going to do now?
You hiss as you follow your brother out of Harry’s nursery, grabbing hold of his arm to stop him storming downstairs and blowing your secret. You may have only found out about this baby a couple of hours ago and you may have no idea what you’re going to do; but the one thing you do know is that you wouldn’t want Sirius to find out this way.
You wanted to be able to tell him in your own way; not have James punch him in the face while yelling about how he should have kept his grubby fingers off of you. Which was exactly what he wanted to do, you could see it in his face.
“James, please don’t tell him!”
“I’m not just about to let this go y/n! I had one rule and he broke it.”
“Sirius didn’t do anything to me that I didn’t want him to do!”
James makes a disgusted face at your words, screwing up his nose. He opens his mouth to say something but you cut across him before he can.
“I know you might not agree with all this J, but regardless on how you feel this is happening…I’m pregnant and the Sirius is the father. All I need now is for you to act like my big brother, not my dad.”
James sighs and pinches the bridge of his nose, closing his eyes.
“Okay, you’re right,” He finally says. “I’m sorry for acting rashly I just…I worry about you.”
“I know,” You wrap your arms around him, pressing your cheek against his chest. “But I’m alright - really.”
“I can’t believe you’re going to have a baby.”
“Now I just have to figure out how I’m going to tell him.”
