So my dog had an accident last night, panicked, and ran around, getting poop on the floor AND my bed so I've been doing laundry all night.

Then he threw up in his kennel all over his blankets.

Then he threw up again on the new blanket I put in his kennel...

A rag.

He ate a fucking rag.

I dont even know HOW he got the rag I've cleaned everything there's no laundry or trash or anything on the floor he can get into.

The ONLY thing I can think of is he somehow got into my BIL's room. I don't clean his room for obvious reasons and he's a bit... messy. But idk. Maybe he got it from somewhere else somehow.

I'm just glad he threw it up and it didn't get stuck. That's another vet bill I don't need.

So my cat hasn't been doing well. He didn't take to the new puppy very well and he stopped eating. I was doing what I could but we finally were able to get him into the vet and they gave us all sorts of things for him. It cost $600 we really don't have but two days later (well three days now but we haven't given him his meds today) he's finally fucking eating.

Never thought I'd be so happy to see a cat tear into a bag of cat food and eat it but whaddya know.

We're free feeding him for now and once he gains more weight we'll reasses but I'm just so glad he's finally eating. And he has more energy now too.

A few more days and I honestly think he would have died.

Crazy this joke hasn't aged in almost 20 years since the episode aired

So I got my ears pierced. Got 2 helix on my right, 1 on my left. Then I got a puppy. His name is Fen. I'm not sure if I've posted about him yet.

Anyway I bought a piercing pillow and didn't like it so my husband uses it and says it's great for his CPAP lmao.

In other news, he got laid off last year with an end date of this May and hasn't been able to find a job and I haven't been able to find one either and I'm quietly freaking out. It'll be fine sorta my BIL lives either us and right now because it's summer he's making hella money but come winter his work will slow down significantly. THANKFULLY my husband is getting a kind of generous severance package that should help us through the winter if we can't find jobs. And I know all the food drives and pantries around here so we're good on food.

Also my other BIL just adopted a baby. And my sister is pregnant.

Btw I had a job when i got my ears pierced and a puppy. I'm not COMPLETELY irresponsible. Bad with money? Maybe. But at least my bills are paid and I and my family and animals all have food and comfort. So that's something at least I guess.

Anyway I think I'm about to go into a manic episode soon. Not happy about that but what can you do
