Hi all,

I’ve built this small-ish (?) house when cottage living came out, it was sitting in my game quite a while. Also, I did remember that there is the first person view mode, which is great for getting snaps of small interior spaces. I apologize for the crooked views, but thats how the sim heads be.

There is some CC here, I think everything is from Peacemaker.

The inspiration for this build was a small Victorian house I stumbled upon on  https://steampunktendencies.tumblr.com/. I have no idea where this house is, I couldn’t find any plans or photos of the interior, so I took some liberties and tried my best to replicate it. As you can see it differs from the original a bit, I did the roof differently, also I added a greenhouse section. And also I had no idea how the back of the house looked so I decided it would look like I built it.

The interior is quite modern, I do like the contrast of the Victorian exterior and the modern interior.

The enterance is quite simple, nothing fancy. Though a Victorian house should have a pompous entrance and staircase:

Then we have the living room and kitchen combo with the enterance to the greenhouse:

The firs floor bathroom is small, nothing fancy, really (also you can see a part of the outside lanterns hanging trough the wall - do ignore that):

Upstairs we have two rooms and a bathroom The other room and bathroom are not furnished, just the bedroom. Perhaps I went too pink with this one.

Back to the first floor - we have a backyard deck and a firepit/grill area. I think I did a nice job with the vine-wooden-roofing things:

Hi fellow simmers!

If you read my description you will know that I have been building things for quite a long time and now you all can check it out and perhaps download!

Because it is spooky season I decided that my first post will be of the Straud Mansion remodel I did quite some time ago. I did enjoy remodeling this mansion with the help of CC from Peacemaker, IllogicalSims and Felixandre. Do check them out if you haven’t - they have some of the best CC I’ve seen.

My favourite part of this remodel is the kitchen (I do love doing kitchens). I was going for a “witchy” vibe here, because in my save file Bella is a spellcaster and is married to Vladislaus.

Basically what I did was fixing the second floor balconies, I added a room on the second floor, I added more windows, “fixed” the roofing. I also played with the lot type set to “Haunted House”. It was quite an experience I recommend trying out. In the file the lot is a normal lot - no hauntings.

I uploaded the lot file to my google drive, the link is bellow. Do keep in mind this is quite CC full and the file is about 1GB.

You can easily place the files into your “Tray” folder or use “Sims 4 Tray Importer”.
