There is a light in you, that will guide you. Don’t be afraid, you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be, but you may first realize it later.

Take a moment to breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Smile. You are wonderful!
Because the sun will set, before it can rise. Because you need darkness, to recognize the light. Because there is no good without bad. Because some will come and some will go. Because this is life! Accept that things will not always go as planned, but trust that you will end up where you need to be. Because you will.
Sometimes you just need to step back and take a deep breath. Things will not always go as planed, but that’s how life is: A constant flow of change. Accept and trust, everything will be okay!
Love is in every flower that is blooming, in the wind that is blowing and in every sunbeam. So open up your heart and feel the love! Let love guide your way.
“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood. And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference."
- Robert Frost
Dare to take the rocky paths, dare to be different, dare to be you!
Stretching. Bending. Opening.
Trust in yourself, if you fall, get up and try again! Practice practice practice
Yoga is not about perfection. It’s not about being really bendy or being able to do a really hard pose. Yoga is about being patient, breathing, and accepting that everything comes with time. Sometimes you will need a strap to help you or a wall to keep you from falling, but that’s okay! It’s a practice, you will always get better, even though it takes time!
You are perfect and beautiful, because you are designed by nature.
“Even when someone is miles away, always remember that they are under the same sky, looking at the same sun, moon, and stars.”
“So plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.”

be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too
