joshua: i seriously think there's something up with my stomach

tree: i'm sure it's just sympathy weight, it's super common to gain weight when your partner is pregnant :)

joshua: yeah you're probably right...

willow and taylor came to visit and got to hear the exciting news that their fifth grandchild is on the way!

joshua has been having weird stomach aches and has been gaining some weight since tree announced his pregnancy, but it's probably just some sympathy weight gain, right?

and, seemingly out of no where, tree told joshua he was pretty sure he was pregnant! joshua was confused at first, but was excited to take on the challenge of raising a child together!

and later that night...joshua went to investigate some strange lights outside when he was sucked up into a spaceship!! aliens!!!!! he was thrilled to tell tree about what he had experienced and he believed him...kinda lol

joshua got promoted!! tree took him to his favorite local haunt to celebrate hehe

[moveobjects]

tree was coming over pretty much every single day after work, so he finally asked just to move in which joshua was thrilled about! in one moment they became boyfriends who live together <3

they haven't been too subtle at work lol

and, being a local, tree knew just the place to go for some late night shenanigans ;)

tree invited joshua to a bar after work, and things progressed :')

joshua: so is this our second date?

tree: have we been going on dates? i was hoping so, but after you explained that whole situation with colby i didn't want to come on too strong

joshua: honestly, you could come on a little stronger ;)

joshua's dreams of going into space and making contact with aliens is as strong as ever!

after his awful love day, joshua finally worked up the courage to ask tree to go somewhere together on the weekend, outside of work, and in his mind this was a date...though idk how well he communicated that to tree

also colby showed up which was rly weird!

joshua's love day consisted of working, eating alone at his house, and crying in his closet once he realized how lonely he was on love day :(

joshua and tree finally took the leap from work friends to hang out outside of work friends, and what a coincidence that colby asked joshua out that night :') thankfully tree was a good listener through joshua's complaints about that whole situation
