Neuro surgery Monday.

6 weeks ago, I hurt my spine working out. Supposed to have neuro surgery December 22nd. This sucks. Not the worst pain ever... But it's my spine. And it is pretty bad. I just wanna make more music. But I'm trying to heal for now.

I'm excited.

I've been working on this project for about a year and a half, despite conventional wisdom saying we're in a "singles era". I fully understand that. But I had to go left for the simple fact that I had to express myself in that way. I already don't have the network or the clout. I have ageism working against me, especially in hip-hop. But the last thing I'm going to do is make excuses. I have to just do the best I can. Maybe nobody listens to it at all. Maybe this will change my life. I don't know. But what I do know is I gave it my all with this project. And no matter how it does, I could hang my hat on knowing I gave it my all. In an age where there's every Tom, Dick and Harry putting music out. And AI is trying to take the soul of the music. I could look in the mirror and say I made something pure. Something authentically and unapologetically me. And that's all I can ask myself for.

I still love this art form.

I woke my first raps in 1996, after hearing the Fugees and Nas for the first time.

I starting making beats in 2006, before Fruity Loops 7 was about to release.

2016 I moved to LA for a year and started teaching myself about audio engineering.

What milestone will 2026 bring?

Only time will tell...
