Embody Your Feminine Energy
You don’t always have to be go go go, work work work and action mode ALL the time.
Give yourself time to relax, rest, breathe. Make plans specifically for down time. Allow yourself to JUST BE.
Strengthen your connection with yourself. Everyone has that inner voice we never listen to but I’m urging you to listen to it and let it guide you. Start to mediate and journal to understand your deeper thoughts and feelings.
Make something of your own. You don’t have to be excellent or even good just enjoy the moment and be present. ex: art, writing, baking, decorating
Focus on your senses. Taste: Eat healthy and tasty foods that are pleasurable to you. Feel: Feel the Sun on your skin. Feel the burn when you exercise. Feel the water when you shower or bathe. Smell: Perfume, candles, aroma. Hear: good tunes, quiet, fav sounds. See: clean surroundings, nature, blue sky and clouds.
Nurture your relationships with your loved ones and the people around you. Be present when your around them. Encourage them. Offer your support. Be a listening ear.
Go out some days with no plans and just wander around and explore the world. Take road trips. Go shopping. Explore new cities. Shop at new malls. Go hiking.
Get out of your daily routine and do something different.
Open your mind, emotions, and reality to different opportunities. Dream big. Listen to others’ opinions even if you don’t agree. Read multiple books. Change up your fashion and looks.
Connect with your inner child. Don’t let this society turn you bitter and angry. We see some children who don’t have much as others yet they still find a way to be satisfied in the moment.. Daydream. Laugh aloud. Play. Tease. Watch cartoons. Listen to old music
