Villanelle felt herself being pushed over for the second time in a week. This is getting out of hand, she thought as she felt herself tip towards the ground. This time, at least, it was just a person as opposed to a car. Mind working quickly, she let herself fall, loosening her back to soften the blow – although she still winced as she landed on bruises lingering from her previous incident. The moment she was down, she slipped a leg over Hermione’s, moving her hips in a swift and coordinated attempt to switch their positions and pin the bushy-haired brunette. “Who are you?” she asked, her voice calm and her expression somewhere between curious and clinical.

THAT WASN’T A GOOD IDEA         she thought as it had been a while since she’s apparated anywhere.  Dizzy from apparating, her head swam & her vision doubled.  Covered by a blanket of her own bushy hair she felt the slip of a leg and suddenly everything changed.  Panic filled her face making a surprised sound as everything shifted putting her on her back.  Acting on instinct before she landed on her back Hermione attempted to pull her wand out but pulled the dagger ✨ . . Bellatrix’s dagger that had killed Dobbie out by MISTAKE.  Villanelle hung over Hermione as she found her bushy hair sprawled against the ground on her back pinned.  Holding the knife ready inches from the other's neck

with an unsteady tremble, gulping in fear as her heart lurched.  This was real life & there was a very good chance that she assumed she was going to die.  Her heart was lodged in her throat as it was hard to breathe.  ❝ Hermione, ❞ she said out of breath & reluctantly giving the stranger her REAL n a m e.  But what was done was done.  No going back now.  All hollowed feeling in the pit of her stomach trying to take deep breaths to steady her hand. Alert & very alarmed  ❝ well, ❞ Hermione said steely  ❝ put your wand down on the ground SLOWLY & roll it out of the way & I’ll lower my knife & we can come to some rational agreement where neither one of us are harmed. ❞

When it came to choosing a name for there first born Hermione & Ron couldn’t stop bickering amongst each other.  It only stopped when Harry intervened & decided to help them find some middle ground --- in the end, Hermione & Ron played Wizard Chess & whoever the winner named the firstborn.  Ron won hands down & to Hermione’s surprise she ended up loving the name Ron chose.

Hermione couldn’t have been happier when Rose had the trademark Weasley fiery red hair & fair skin when she was born.  She didn’t worry about Rose being teased & picked on by her looks like she had to deal with as a child which had worried her a bit.

Hermione was so joyous of Rose when she was sorted into Gryffindor.  She sent her a giant bouquet of roses, a seven-page letter of how excited she was for her & handed down an enchanted moving golden brooch of a lion  ✨ that was once handed down to her by her own parents when she was sorted into Gryffindor herself.

Rose may have her father’s trademark fair skin & fiery hair but she’s much more than just a pretty face.  Rose is intelligent & academically excellent like her mother but she’s got her father's competitive side & wicked Wizard Chess skills never being able to beat her in a game of Wizard Chess either.

Every Summer Rose & Hermione would plan a trip together.  Collecting rocks from everywhere they’ve traveled.  Having a special rock collection they’ve built over the years as rocks & minerals are very important to understand because not only do they make up the Earth but because it’s one connection muggles & wizards seem to have in common.  Visiting muggle & wizard communities & when they can mine for rocks themselves.  Though they didn’t end up going one year due to a family emergency.

The Gellert Grindelwald.  Lord Voldemort.  Nagini.  Deatheaters.  Herpo the Foul.  Morgan le Fay.  Let’s not forget Emeric the Evil who’d bring BACK the Elder Wand within the wrong hands could change e v e r y t h i n g.  Knowing Salazar Slytherin was out there. . . s o m e w h e r e. . . Something truly wicked this way comes apparating into town.

Unclear if Hugo told his parents he was gay.  However if he had, Hugo was still the same child she raised & loved.  He was still her special ‘ firefly `  Accepting it openly without any doubt & hopes for the best for her own son to find his happiness.

Hermione was against sending Hugo to St. Mungos.  YES her son was hurting but sometimes family & support is all that’s needed.  Hermione, Ron, & Harry understands Hugo.  She herself battled depression ( & attempts on her own life ), PTSD & horrifying nightmares years after the defeat of Lord Voldemort.  In the end George & Charlie got her to calm down & see reason.  Hermione would write letters every other day to Hugo making sure to keep him posted on the latest Quidditch matches & visited him every Sunday.

Hermione & Rita Skeeter have a bit of a history.  After Rita had found out & broadcasted Hugo’s overdosed on potions & attempt of suicide to the wizarding world along with spending his entire summer at St. Mungo’s.  It didn’t take Hermione long to cross paths.  Once more Hermione captured Rita in her unregistered animagus form when she was up to no good for a 2nd time.  Having a jar with a few twigs & leaves, & one large, fat beetle in it keeping her in the most boring & isolated place in the entire Ministry of Magic - the broom&cleaning closet.  Keeping her in the jar for Hugo’s school year & finally freeing her & having Rita registered as an animagus once he came back over the summer.

Hermione works (2) jobs working full time in Anville in hopes to firstly financially support herself after being thrown out of the foster care system once she turned 18 with little to nothing in her name & secondly save up money to someday continue her educational pursuits.  

✕ ▌Hermione works at a Flower Shop.  

She enjoys arranging the flowers & grouping them alphabetically either by there latin names or botanical names.   She also enjoys helping people decide what gift to give others & creatively decorate baskets & flower arrangements by Latin names or grouping them by there botanical families as well.  SOMETIMES even group flowers from where they originated from. Hermione tries to find new & creative ways to use browning & damaged flowers because she hates how much goes to waste. She will ALWAYS have ‘f u n` plant facts to share with customers.   Thus the main reason of having tons of plants along her living accommodations taking the ones that were ill & going to be thrown out making it a personal challenge to revive them.

Hermione has special memories of spending a lot of her time as a child tucked away in a library.  With little to no friends because of her bushy hair & slightly large front teeth & being in foster care, she got teased & bullied a lot by the other kids.  So the library was really her only escape which started her love of learning & her being a know-it-all. Hermione is a ‘Library Assistant` & she absolutely loves the job. One of the perks of Hermione working at the library is she studies plants & flower books in her slow days/spare time.  Along with trying to find creative ways to use browning & dying flowers/plants. Another perk is being able to take home old, damaged/broken books home. Hermione’s favorite time to work in the Library is on foggy, drowsy or rainy days. She meets the strangest, quirkiest, & most interesting people when she’s working at the Library & wouldn’t want it any other way.

helga was watering the plants outside her flower shop all the while trying to maintain a steady gaze on her surroundings. now that she was awake, she had to keep her cool but also uncover the truth about how all of this even happened to most people in the first place. “ oh dear. ”

NOTHING HAD CHANGED INSIDE ― Hermione recognized every plant & flower either hanging along the walls or neatly organized along the shop.  Taking a deep inhale Hermione felt her lungs fill with the scent of LIFE itself.  Making it her mission to know each and every plant when she got hired for the job.  Picking out the browning or damaged flowers placing them on the counter. Hermione hoped to find other uses for them for she felt it was a shame to just throw them out because they weren’t at there prime.  Sneaking all the Aster’s ✨ ( a genus flowering plant in the Asteraceae family ) outside.  After all, they’re one of the few pollinators helping bees & butterflies before winter hits.  Casting a quick glance at Helga ― Hermione felt there was s o m e t h i n g about her that just seemed to be lacking from her usual self.  ❝ Is everything alright Miss. Hufflepuff ? ❞
