If I ever really have any..” She said, shaking her head a few times before continuing to attempt to admonish the berserker. “I hope you at least wait for me to tell you it’s okay to cut them down before doing it! That way, you’re not accidentally cutting down friends!” Yes, she completely focused on that part, just to make sure Mori was cutting down the right enemies.

“Ridiculous. What good is a vassal that waits for an order to protect? If you have to tell me to protect you, it’s too late! You’d be better off letting me make the calls when it comes to dealing with potential threats.” Or, maybe don’t do that. Do not give this man any decision making powers at all. “I appreciate the praise and all, but It’s my job as your servant, Master.”

All dogs loved the King, no matter it was in life or afterlife. Barkings provoked immature side, she ruffed his hair even harder, low chuckled away until decided to let him and his loud mouth go. So many questions, so many threats, Lancer simply picked the worthy part to answer

“Bahahaha! Come on, Boss. As if the enemy could hit a Shrimp like you!” Yuuki’d get her hair aggressively ruffled for her troubles. Likely more roughly than she’d have liked, but hair can always be fixed!

Don’t go sayin’ I can’t give as much as I get!” Laughing while you’ve got holes in your chest wide enough to see through probably isn’t particularly healthy or rational, but it was sort of his thing. Just one of many silly little quirks that comes with the Berserker class, though as a Lancer or Rider he was surely not likely to be much better. Violence was as much a part of Mori Nagayoshi as his flesh and bones. It was his legacy, kneaded into the very fabric of his spirit origin!

Still, as loathe as he was to take orders from an envoy of sorts, Master wouldn’t take too kindly to the thought of picking a fight with his messenger. Not to mention that nasty looking rifle of hers. That sort of firepower was all she’d need to take down a man, twelve men, or a bull elephant. Still, an intense healing factor does the body good. “Bah. I’d throw you out on your ass if you weren’t here on the Boss’ behalf. ‘Sides, you’re not the most annoying person he’s dragged along. They shouldn’t worry too much, though. I can walk this off no problem.”
