Kdramas I have watched
162. Filing for Love
Office romance is not my favourite trope but I decided to watch this because everyone was raving about it while it aired.
I loved the lead characters and their relationship, the enemies to lovers was done well. I also liked that the gender roles were swapped, the male lead was the drama queen and had the lower position at work while the female was giving "angry young man" vibes and was the superior at work.
I liked the PM cases they had in the earlier episodes and the dynamic with their team at work.
What I didn't like: WHY did the second male lead have so many side plots? He had the daddy issues, mommy issues, wife issues, secretary issues, brother issues and of course succession issues. (His past with the female lead was enough) I didn't care about his character at all and therefore was bored for most of the second half of the show. More screen time could have been given to our leads 🙄
If you really like office romance and easily get second lead syndrome then give this a watch.
