Today I tried to map out my day with timestamps. It worked very well and I spent less time on my phone (still a lot, but less than before).
After being away from school from a long time, I have finally reached a point where I need to study something again. I have about a month until I start studying for real, so I’ve attempted to get a brief overview of physics.
I’ve been asking myself a lot what I want lately and I’ve decided to try out some things. These are notes from the course “Introduction to Physics: How Things work”. It’s easy to understand and it’s free on Coursera, I highly recommend it.
I don’t know what to do with my life, what do I do?
Well, that’s how I felt. Still feel sometimes.
It’s important to know that there will never be the perfect choice. Most people fit in many different categories and are never 100% perfect for their job.
I was at the beginning and I have asked myself these questions:
In what direction do I want to evolve? What are things I want to be able to do? What are qualities I want to have? What habits do I want to have? Which relationship in my life are really important to me?’ How do I want to spend my time? What value has my time? What makes me really happy? (I should spend time for that, even if it brings me nothing but joy.) What would a perfect day constitute for me? What is a rough idea of what I want my life to be? How do I get there? And lastly: Who am I? How do I see myself? How might other people see me?
Who do I want to be?
In her book “Get Your Shit Together”, author Sarah Knight talks about three steps: Goal, Plan, Do. You set a goal, build a plan and then execute the plan.
This is the first step. It has worked well so far but I ask myself some of these questions every day.
Everything is relative. Everything is always changing. This is important.
Perfect means “at the end” and life isn’t over.
I hope you’re well and healthy. All the love.
Graduation and now
As a few of you might know, I have been inactive since I have graduated. I finished school with a grade of 1,0 which is the best possible grade. I don’t want to brag, but I want to thank the studyblr community - you have been there for me when I needed motivation and I hope everyone who reads this feels appreciated.
I have been taking a lot of time to find myself since I graduated. I tried to find new things to do, new things to learn and new ways to grow. I have picked up playing the guitar and started to learn how to drive.
Still, I need time to figure myself out. I might post about it - questions I ask myself and my journaling.
I wish everyone something great. You deserve it.
First Latin exam tomorrow but I’m not nervous. Maybe that’s bad, maybe not.
Enjoy some Latin notes, I think they turned out very pretty. Second pic are the lyrics to Anna by Harry Styles, a song I just can’t seem to get out of my head. Absolutely beautiful. I hope you all have a great day! ❤️
I had almost all my exams but Latin and Chemistry are left .-. I’m kinda demotivated and I don’t know why. I still hope you all have a a wonderful day, I appreciate every single one of you ❤️
It’s over. I can’t believe it. I’ve had math for the last eleven years in school and now it’s over. Don’t know if I’m happy or sad.
My To Do list for today, I’ve already crossed off some. Tomorrow is the maths exam and I’m starting to freak out...
Second exam tomorrow, it’s English. Kinda nervous, but I’m also confident in my abilities. I just hope for the best. Hope you’re all safe and healthy!!
I’ve been studying a lot with my brother recently and I think my productivity rubs off on him and that makes me more productive, does that make sense?
I’ve studied a lot of chemistry these past few days, even if it’s the last exam I have. And it’s an oral exam. I just feel like Chemistry is the subject I need to study most for.
Do you already have dates for exams? Our exams have been postponed bc of Corona Virus.
This is How I study for Chemistry by imaginfinity on YouTube. I’ve struggled a lot with chemistry the last days and this video helped with that.
all the best for your studies and have a great day!
Thank you, that’s very kind! ☺️❤️
I’m so proud, I just solved a chemistry problem right at the first try! Chemistry problems are a problem of mine, I never seem to go the right way at first.
What is your most dreaded subject? Hope you all have a nice day!
🌿Week 2, Tuesday 🌿
Take a picture of the book you are currently reading
Since I am as tidy a person as I am to do only one thing at a time, I present to you the FIVE books I'm currently reading at once lol
These look like some very interesting books 😂
Good Omens is one of the funniest books I’ve ever read and the series is also really good, can recommend!
