Since something came up, I am reposting these again just to address a possible thing that came up (non-maliciously, mind you).
My commission info done really fast.
How it works? Essentially when I'm asked to work, I'm working based on a timer, as each session it takes to complete the piece being timed on screen with a clock that doesn't tick unless I'm on the proper window and actually working (idling stops it).
With each session, a picture of both evidence of progress and the timer on-screen is provided.
Thus the total is the sum of the time taken on all sessions multiplied by the tier cost.
And In the case of pixel art, the thing I need to clarify is the following:
If anything, speaking from experience, making a flat render on pixel art can be harder and even more time consuming provided that I have to check for:
-no pixel is misaligned -clean-up the outlines -close up gaps -make smooth curves -do manual antialiasing or dithering in certain cases.
etc.
Pixel really isn't faster.
