Receiving the Daesang at MAMA today made me think of a lot of things honestly.

I still didn’t believe that we would be able to get it until the very end. We went up to the artist seat just as nervous as we were when we prepared the stage. But when they called our name, I was so overwhelmed, and the 8 years I spent together with the members flashed before my eyes

I felt so grateful and proud that STAYs were always there in those moments.

This year, I went through a lot of really difficult times, I tried really hard not to show it but it ended up being noticeable anyways which made me upset

But receiving this award with STAYs, I realized that the hardships I felt were fleeting, and when I look back, I realized that gratitude was always at the forefront

Thank you for creating precious memories for SKZ that make us stop and look back from time to time because we tend to only run forward

It feels like just yesterday when I wished that I could just stand on the MAMA stage It feels like so many days have passed, and I think that’s why STAYs feel that much more precious to me

Lastly, I tried my very best because I really wanted to give a lot of comfort and strength to everyone in Hong Kong

I’ll continue to give my best, thank you
