And to be honest, this is the first time they’ve ever fit without me doing ridiculous and dangerous crap with my diet to get there quickly. 

I complain a lot about how slow the results are when you do it the right way, but honestly, it’s been worth it.

Weight Loss

I’ve gained about 30 pounds over the past few years. My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month, so I can reach my goal of a 15 pound loss by July. I will be going home for carnival, and I plan on looking tip top in my costume. Weigh-in days are Sunday.
