Crown & exhibition displays Ltd Introduction Hi all! Be gentle, first official thread start here. Yesterday I scoped out a place known as 'Crown Exhibition & Display' totally by accident. I noticed it looked run down with half the bloomin' fence hanging off. According to Companies House, the company is still active but the site very much isn't. It dictates that the company is still located on the premises but the overgrown vegetation and doors hanging off the hinges says otherwise. Here's some history I managed to dig up... History Founded 18th June 2001, Crown Exhibition create toilet appliances, are joiners and also work on plumbing works too. The company, from what I've managed to source, have since shut down/moved sometime around 2013 even though Companies House doesn't make it very clear and says it's still active. Various documents indicated this site was the original founding location of the company. According to e-documents, the company still has a filing history and continues to trade but not at this site (more on this later). Unfortunately there isn't a huge amount of history about this place as they, a). have no social media, b). the company isn't that old and c). it still says active on Companies House. The site was 100% abandoned though. No electricity, no desks, no furniture... just various abandoned items and Exploration Now, on to the juicy part. The exploration itself happened on accident as I was looking around for another building at the time. I reccy'd the place initially by going through on to the compound and looking in the buildings. For some strange reason I don't do well by myself (I get spooked by myself), so I needed someone with me before I actually went in and explored. I had a quick look in the basement with my phone torch but there was a never ending black, so I needed more torches before I even took a step forward. The only accessible building out of the three was by what seems the largest at the rear of the site from the road.
