Newt and you had been best friends ever since you met at Hogwarts. During that time you had developed a major crush on the awkward hufflepuff, but he never noticed. Little did you know that had Newt felt the exact same way for you.

As the years went by the two of you lost contact, mostly because you moved to the States for work. That was until Newt lost his creatures in New York. When you heard about the missing creatures and a wizard from England, you knew there was only one person who it could be. You were dating another wizard but you never really gotten over Newt and neither did he. Newt being the true gentleman he was didn’t dare to make a move on someone who was taken and so he just looked at you, admired you from afar thinking about what might have been if he had spoken up during your years at hogwarts.

A/N: Should I write this one to a complete story or nah?

Okay but Newts Mom was a Ravenclaw, Newts Dad was a Slytherin, Newts brother was a Gryffindor and when Newt sat down on that stood the Sorting Hat smiles and said “I know just where to put you”. AND DURING THE SUMMER THE FAMILY WOULD CHORES FOR “HOUSE POINTS” AND ON THE LAST DAY BEFORE SCHOOL THEY WOULD TALLY UP THE POINTS AND THEY WOULD DECORATE THE HOUSE IN THE WINNERS HOUSE COLORS AND THEY WOULD EAT THAT PERSONS FAVORITE MEAL AND THEY MADE THEIR OWN LITTLE HOUSE CUP THAT THE WINNER GO TO KEEP IN THEIR ROOM. I LOVE THE SCAMANDER FAMILY.

I won’t post any spoilers but the characters they brought back had me living

Here is my contribution to @meabhd‘s coloring contest! She did the lines, I did the coloring.

I had sooooo fun with this, mostly cause they are Harry Potter characters (Parvati Patil and Lavender Brown) but also cause I tried a new coloring technique! Turned out to be great practice and something I’ll definitely try again.
