Fasting. The first three days feel like DEATH! After that, it isn't so bad and you should start to feel amazing. Its all about self control. "Chu cun doo eet!"

Haha thank you:) I've done a few fasts this is the longest by far. It is all self control. I put up inspiring quotes in my room to help me out.

im jealous youre doing a 21 day fast..i cant barely fast for a day. how do you do it?

I've done a few 3 day, a 5 day, and then one for 10 days. It's all in your head. After day 3/4 you aren't even hungry. It's the FEELING of just chewing and swallowing food that I miss.. That's why I've only lasted 10 days! This time though, 21 days:)
