All Over the World is now available digitally everywhere! This new collection of songs is about unity. In light of the recent news from Orlando, my heart is in turmoil within me. My spirit is broken for the people who are suffering incomprehensible loss and confusion right now. I long for everything to be made right. I long for justice, healing, hope, redemption. Such pain cannot be minimized by trivialities. Who can know what to say or do in the face of such tragedy? At the same time, I believe in a God who is bigger than the mess we've made. I believe in the power of love to conquer hate. I have hope that one day all will be made right, every tear wiped away, every wound healed. I don't want the darkness to win. And so my hope is that in this time of confusion and pain, we will come together in a spirit of one to reach out to the hurting, and offer the only thing that is worth anything in the face of tragedy: ourselves. Our real, honest, vulnerable, broken, true selves. Our hearts, our tears, our shoulders, our weaknesses, our strengths, our apologies and our forgiveness. Not just to the people of Orlando, but to the people we see everyday. Let us allow this to be the wake up call it has the potential to be. I want to dedicate this EP to the people of Orlando. Not because I think it will make a dent in the weight of their sufferings, but because I have to believe in the power of love, grace, forgiveness, healing and redemption.
