Thinking about bi!oc practicing the pupillary reflex on bi!jk and his pupils dilate and she teases him. Or bi!oc practicing clinical examinations on him and they get completely distracted like turning it into some stupid roleplay that makes her roll her eyes but she goes along with it anyway. Or bi!jk just completely complying with the examinations and being whipped for his to-be doctor gf the whole way.
