It's crazy making - the things we put eachother (and ourselves) through, claiming some sort of justice to the injustices done to us.

The difference between good and bad is all a matter of perspective; good evil; light and dark.

Example:

Take two children, raised EXACTLY the same way, all the way down to the same treatment they would receive from their parentals.

Now add in some sort of pain, abuse - some sort of injustice.

Say both sets of parents are brutally murdered: while both children are overcome with despair, one vows to make everyone feel the same feelings that (s)he felt at the loss - the other vows to make sure no one else feels that type of pain ever again (hypothetically speaking of course, because you can't use absolutes with humans) ; I don't think it's a matter of good needle, so much as it's a matter of perspective

Things that I noticed on my walk this evening are:

A single bright red maple leaf nestled amongst the tall grass;

A glowing orb in a picture of the sunset;

The steady sound of the honey bees buzzing about...

The suddenly oddly vocal little song bird.
