Middle school Tatsuya was probably cool …( and rebellious)
Demonic Turnabout - [nullfire]
[Intro]
“So, we’re defending who again?” Athena asked, over towards her co-worker. Apollo sighed. Had she already forgotten, or was she just reconfirming? Honestly, he could believe either, knowing her. Then again, being in Japan meant Japanese names, which meant a whole heck of a lot of remembering names which weren’t easy to remember. Flipping through the court record documents, Apollo read out the name, as best he could.
“Junko…Kashihara” He read out, as best he could. “She’s been accused of murder. Obviously. What’s new.” In both of their careers, they had only ever represented people accused of the ‘big M’. Just once, Apollo would have liked to have tried a case that wasn’t related to someone getting off’ed, but he knew that’d likely never happen any time soon. “The punishment is captial. Of course. This is Japan after all, and their system is identical to our one in California.”
Athena sighed herself, and shook her head. They had only been in Japan less then 24 hours, and already they had a captial punishment murder trial on their hands. It looked like somethings would be the same, no matter what country they went to. She reeved up, and clenched her fists.
“Augh, Apollo, this stinks! If you hadn’t agreeed to this business trip, then we wouldn’t be tied in to this mess!”
[THIS SUCKS. BIG TIME.]
Athena’s A.I, Widget, spoke up, voicing her thoughts once again. Apollo was taken a back, but somehow also expected a reaction like that. He couldn’t blame her for being upset. This was so sudden, when he had called her, and requested she rush her backside over to the TV building as soon as possible Apollo hadn’t expected to be taking on something so complex, so he had left his co-worker in the hotel. But had then called her up out of the blue, requesting her help on the case. But, still, it was hardly HIS fault.
“H-How is it MY fault? I thought this would be a simple case!” Apollo wasn’t lying there. He ready had thought that this case would be simple, and over in a jiffy. But things went south in a hurry, and everything turned into the usual routine for them. Athena put a finger to her chin in thought, and tilted her head.
“Doesn’t it seem strange though? Why would the Legal League use a case like this as a representive case?”
“I…Think I have a hunch.” Apollo could guess why they put them on this case. Because from a legal viewpoint, the case would be simple. In other words, it would either be extremely easy to prove the suspect’s innocence, or it’d be extremely…not-easy. “(Why oh why do I get the feeling it’s not going to be the former…)”
“Anyway, it’s no use sitting around mooping about it! Lass uns gehen!”
[LET’S GET GOING!]
Athena smacked her fist into her open palm, with a smile. Apollo nodded, and turned towards the crime scene. Like usual, looking for evidence would be like looking for a needle in a hay stack. But, just like usual as well, they had to keep at it. If there was evidence to be found, they’ve be sure to find it. Athena ski[pped over towards the edge of the building, but Apollo stayed behind.
“…You go Athena. I’ll…g-go investigate the door.”
“Haha. Apollo, you’ve really got to get over your fear of heights if you want to become an Ace Attorney, you know.”
“No one said I had one. I just…like doors.” Apollo coughed a lot, before making as it to look at the door. “…Huh?” Although he was just putting on an act of investigating it to get away from having to go to the edge, he noticed that the door had a electronic lock on. “…If the culprit came to this roof, then that means–”
Just then, Apollo heard someone clear his throad behind him. Spinning around, he saw the familiar sight of the Detective, Tatsuya. “O-Oh, Detective!”. He awkwardly scratched his neck. He had spoken in his native tongue out of instinct again. “I-I mean, Detective, it’s…nice to see you again. I’ve brought a co-worker of mine. She’s…over by the edge of the roof–” He stopped. “W-Wait, no. You can speak English, so–”. He stopped again. “(But what if he finds it rude if I force him to speak English? …Hm. Maybe I should…alternate? My Japanese isn’t even that good anyway.)”
In truth Apollo was pleased he got to see the detective once again. He still had questions he wanted to ask before he had to go and get Athena. Like about the strange aspects to the case.
Much like before, Sumaru City was still having it's cloudy day. The Japanese detective let out a sigh, as he remained on keeping himself up with his investigation for his current case. With his current colleagues, he felt that they were at least making quite the active progress. Tatsuya himself was attempting to keep an eye on every detail that may or may not have been found out. He was trying to keep his mind in check, when it came to all the evidence, witnesses, and anything else that were being currently discovered and questioned. He watched as forensic experts were searching around, hearing pictures being taken and notebooks being written upon. The usual noise you'd expect, from a police investigation.
He needed to remind himself often that the autopsy report had been just completed, and that he needed to get himself to the forensics department for the sake of grabbing a copy of it. For a police detective, things could become quite hectic when they would deal with a case, and Tatsuya was one to realize that. Not to mention, this case was one to be very much taken seriously. There were heavy responsibilities to be taken and kept when it came to something like this that had to do with the possibility of murder, now that they've found a possible culprit for the cause of death. And even if they've managed to find a suspect, they still had to be very much careful. Cases like these usually had death penalty as punishment, and it wouldn't be too pleasant if it was found out much later that the defendant was actually innocent.
Luckily, they apparently did have a defense attorney for the defendant. Not certain if they were quite the skillful and experienced one, but one could hope for that to be the case, especially if they were one to care a lot for the suspect. The defense attorney didn't seem to be too shabby of a person, to the very least. Tatsuya did meet him, after all. The red-clad lawyer, that apparently just so happens to be from America, and who has traveled over here to Japan. Speaking of lawyers, he couldn't help but wonder who the prosecutor for this case would be, as well. Though he expected to work with one for today, he's heard absolutely nothing and not even seen a glimpse of one. He's questioned his co workers about it, and they were as clueless as he is. Perhaps, there was yet to be one who was capable enough of taking this case. He wouldn't deny that to be a possibility for now, to the very least.
Suddenly, could he hear the noise of a door being opened. He doesn't hesitate to turn around, and speak of the devil indeed. There, he could from a distance, a certain, familiar red-clad lawyer. Apparently having someone accompanying him as well. They seemed like a young female who was around the height of the man next to her. He could notice how they were seemingly conversing with each other, though he couldn't hear exactly about what. The girl seemed quite expressive from what he could see, causing the two of them to come off as quite the animated duo. Coupled up with their choice of clothes, he could very much imagine them standing out in the common crowd, especially if they were with each other like that.
Tatsuya watched as the yellow-clad female stepped over to the edge of the rooftop with no hesitation, causing the police investigators near her to be rather surprised by her actions, and some of them being similarly frightened like the red-clad lawyer there, who was seemingly preferring to remain by the door there. As he watched them turn around to it, the Japanese detective himself didn't hesitate to casually walk over there, getting himself near to the American lawyer to the point where he was behind him. He purposely cleared his throat, simply for the sake of trying to catch the man's attention. After he turned around, Tatsuya could only watch as the man blabbered between English and Japanese, before the detective could even speak.
“ Your Japanese is still decent, just like before. ” The detective spoke to the other, speaking in English for the sake of making communication easier between the two. “ Don't worry, though. It's completely fine to talk English with me here. ”
The detective was wearing a sort of friendly smile on his face. He personally didn't mind the presence of the lawyer. Within Tatsuya's perspective, he couldn't but feel that the defense attorney seemed rather nervous within his presence. Perhaps that is to be expected, most especially if you meet new people within law enforcement of a whole new country you've never visited before. Tatsuya did attempt his best to reassure the lawyer about such certain things like before, when it came to what language he should use to speak to the detective. He did listen to his words, and gave the female over at the edge a glance once she was mentioned, before giving a nod of acknowledgement to the red-clad defense attorney about it. That was an assumption that he had before, when he first saw them.
“ It's nice to see you being around again, too. ” The detective replied to the lawyer's words. “ I'm guessing you're on the hunt for clues, like us right now? ”
He was assuming for that to be most likely the case. Otherwise, he could only wonder what the two of them were doing here. Investigation was still on-going as usual, and he could imagine plenty of people relating to this case were being a whole lot of busy, as clear from what was currently going on at this very crime scene. He'd imagine that the defense attorney possibly had a few questions to ask him too, ever since their first encounter. Tatsuya was not one to mind answering any of those, if they did pop up. He's heard of detectives refraining from aiding defense attorneys, but he wouldn't consider himself to be similar to them. If it helps boost the overall investigation for this case, then he certainly was far from against the idea.

Demonic Reunion || {nullfire}
Tenma was at first surprised that the other didn’t seem to recognize him, but upon thinking it over, he supposed it did make sense. After all, that day probably had more of an impact on his life then it did the older teenager’s. Still, he was excited to find the other, after those previous failed attempts.
“Remember, back during that time? You saved me, from those…monster things!” The loud booming voice of the boy echoed around, causing some of the students to turn and look in their direction. The mention of monsters sure got the whispers going, with a number of the students wondering if the kid was just messing around or not. Tenma ignored it though, and continued on. “I’ve always wanted to find you again, to thank you. And…because I’m curious about a few things.”
Tenma did a bow at the other before continuing. “I don’t think I introduced myself, did I? I’m Tenma. Umm…Can I ask, are you a keshin user?” What the other had summoned in their previous meeting looked different to a keshin, but if not a keshin he wasn’t sure exactly what it could be. “Your keshin was really cool! It was…Persona Apollo wasn’t it? I’m a keshin user too! My one is Majin Pegasus Arc R.”
The students around them were now extraordinarily confused, and their looks of confusion, as well as their whispering between each other, grew. However, once again, Tenma didn’t really notice. He was too concerned with his ramblings to the teenager.
So that's why he looked so oddly familiar to him. Slowly were things clicking in his mind right now, as the other just kept talking about things. Memories and details, of a certain event that happened quite some time ago. He did remember trying to save a young boy, from a pack of monsters- Demons, to be more specific. He did remember seeing some odd things during that moment. How the boy was capable of using a certain power that looked both similar and different from the abilities of a Persona, and him being able to take down and help the older man fight against those few demons. Looking at who was in front of him, Tatsuya now felt certain that he could recognize him, which certainly did surprise him a little.
He was attempting to reply to the other, but before he could even dare to open his mouth, the boy didn't seem to give him the chance to do so. He could clearly notice that the other was seemingly excited, as he kept on rambling with his words. Unlike how the boy was too concerned with talking to the man in front of him, Tatsuya couldn't help but notice how people were already having their attention be brought by the two. Some of them seemingly confused, which he couldn't blame them for being so at all. He could sympathize, even though what the boy was talking about did seem a little familiar. He feels that he's heard of what the boy has mentioned, to the very least. He could also notice how some of the people were seemingly whispering to each other as they were staring at them, which certainly did not please Tatsuya at all and only caused him to feel wary and worried within his current surroundings.
“ ... Let's talk somewhere else. ” Only words that Tatsuya had to say around where they currently where, not answering any of the boy's questions at all. “ Follow me, if you don't mind. ”
He was glancing at his surroundings, before saying his words. He didn't even dare to question the boy if he did mind doing so. He felt that he couldn't afford it, and wanted to avoid any confusion if he tried to do that. Especially so, since he wasn't gonna be too obvious with his words in that area. He felt that it would bring too much attention from all the people that were around them, if he even attempted to answer any of his questions. So he felt that it would be most likely best to move away from them, to somewhere that's favorably more private for the two to discuss about such things.
He then made his move, walking away from the crowd and expecting the boy to follow him. For what he believed to be a fitting place for people who wanted to keep their conversations private and locked away from the others to listen, the bike racks of this school did pop up in his mind. That was where he usually parked his motorcycle there, just like today, after all. Tatsuya had left it there and planned to enter the school through the main entrance, before bumping into this boy. From what he could remember, the bike racks was also the very place he and Ms. Saeko discussed about certain things as well. Speaking of her, he could only wonder how she would react to him being late, especially for such a reason like his current situation. He supposed whatever he had to deal with her and his school, would have to come later. Much or little, depending on what occurs.
Jude looked at Tatsuya with a questioning look. The ‘I guess’ really threw him off. Was Tatsuya bothered by the fact that he was younger than him? More specifically, did he even know how old he was? He sighed. He was hoping to be friendly with Tatsuya to relax the atmosphere. But if he wasn’t going to allow that, he should probably give the stern tutor act. Maybe that’ll give him a different impression of his age perhaps.
Sure he was only sixteen years old. But he was going to act more the age of the majority of the students in their grade, which was eighteen years old. Jude can appear mature for his age when needed to be. But would this act scare Tatsuya or not? He wasn’t going to find out by musing over the thought. He took a small breath before speaking up.
“Mr. Suou. Your teacher Ms. Saeko said you have been struggling with Third year Science. I happen to be doing very well in that class. Now considering we don’t have the same classes at the same time, I cannot see what you are struggling with. So you will have to tell me what units in that class you are struggling with. Chemistry? Biology? Physics? Or is it all of them? This question is to help me help you.”
He could notice how the guy was carrying that seemingly confused expression on his face. The older boy could only wonder what caused that to occur. One wouldn't exactly describe his reaction to be frightened, after seeing the other suddenly change his expression into a stern one and talk to him with a blunt tone, similar to what a typical, stoic tutor would do. Truth be told, he's dealt with and seen much more worse things then that. If anything, he was simply surprised, simply for the reason of how sudden that certain change was like. Nevertheless, he felt that he could work around with what had just happened. Nothing he would break a sweat for, to simply put it in one way.
“ Chemistry, apparently. ” Tatsuya answered, stoically as usual to the younger man's question. “ At least, according to what that woman had to say to me. ”
Clear from his words, Tatsuya could only assume that the boy was in some way, very talented. He supposed that a boy being his tutor would make sense, if he was some sort of typical prodigy like that. When it came to his wording for his answer, there was indeed an explanation for that. Chemistry not being exactly a subject that he paid much attention to aside, he wasn't necessarily bad at dealing with it at all. More that he's been caught up with other important and rather dire things. It got to the point where it took a toll on his grades, which the female teacher, Ms. Saeko got her attention caught by, and she didn't hesitate to contact the man about it.
He supposed that it would also save him from being lectured any more by his own brother, the harsh worrywart that man could very much be. Tatsuya wasn't exactly fond of being here. Especially if he was gonna stay for quite a while. He had no plans to complain or throw tantrums about it, though. But he'll be wishing for things to end as quick as they can. He'll certainly be attempting to make that become the case here, with whatever he could do in his current situation. How unfortunate for the young tutor, if he was looking forward for a good time of studying with a student or two.
Walking over to the other, Layton thought as the other asked his question. His accent being as thick as it was, it was easy to determine he was probably from the east, most likely Japan. There were a number of tourists in London, but it was odd for tourists to wander into a campus. Unless, perhaps, he was a transfer student of some kind. Maybe he was from Japan, and was studying here in London? However if that was the case, then his question would clearly be odd. It would be strange for a student to not know where they were. In fact, not just odd, but completely illogical. In fact, even just excusing the fact they were from Japan, even a local would sound odd, walking into an office on a campus only to ask where they were. Surely the logical greeting to expect in a situation like that would be to inquire as to whether you’re in the right place. Plus, to ask whether he was from this current location, implied that the young teenager before him didn’t even know who he was, which made his coming into his office especially odd. Not to mention, that most of the students at Gressenheller were young adults, who had left school and were seeking higher education. This teenager, however, looked like he could be around upper school age.
No, the most logical thing to believe, would be that the other was here for a rather specific purpose. Maybe even, something that could be considered suspicious. As all this processed in Layton’s mind, he smiled at the other, tipping his hat.
“Indeed, my good man. My name is Hershel Layton, and I’m a professor of archeology here at Gressenheller University. You’re currently in my own office. Is there a reason for your visit? I must say I have not seen you around the campus before.” The Professor walked over to the tea pot that sat on his desk, and turned back to the other. “Would you care for a cup of tea, as we talk?”
He could notice how the other man was seemingly thinking, especially with how quiet he was during that moment. In the meanwhile, Tatsuya didn't hesitate to glance at the room he was currently inside, as well as at the very older man that was standing in front of him. From what he could see, it seemed that he was standing within an office of some sorts. If it was truly an office like he thought it possibly was, then it certainly looked unique compared to the few offices he's seen before, in his own time and place. Books being littered all over the place, as well as those tools on those tables, the plants and those leaves and so many other odd, unexpected things for him to see. The whole room almost looked like something that came out of a fantasy fiction book, the young man felt.
When it came to the stranger himself, the young Japanese male very much thought that he certainly stood out as well. Their attire that they wore would certainly cause them to be so, among the common crowd. Hearing his voice later, Tatsuya could notice how it sounded quite deep. He could detect how it had an accent to it. British, almost like the voices he'd hear from common media such as a movie or two from the west. Quite interesting, since it caused a certain archetype to pop up in his mind. Especially so, coupled up with how the seemingly older man was listening to orchestra while drinking a cup of tea. Something you'd indeed expect to see in such media as mentioned before.
“ Long story short, this isn't where I'm exactly supposed to be. ” The young, Deja Vu boy replied to the man's question. “ Not exactly local here, so I can't say I'm surprised that you've never seen me before. ”
If things didn't already support his assumption about him not currently being in Japan, he felt that the man's words clearly strengthened his thoughts on it. Clear from them, he's never heard of anything that the older man was talking about. It did provide his thoughts with more clues for just what his current surroundings were. If the man's appearance and voice didn't make it too obvious, his name certainly made him sound like he came from the west. Something you'd expect an English person to have, to the very least. Unfortunately for the older man, Tatsuya wasn't too certain on the idea of being honest about his answer to his question. The possible reaction of disbelief and wanting to avoid wasting name aside, the young man preferred not to gain too much attention for why he was truly here. At least, not in the main situation that he had to get back to and deal with.
“ Thanks, but no. ” The young boy shook his head at the older man's offer for a cup of tea. “ Sorry, but I'm on crunch time here. Can't even afford to spare a few seconds. ”
For his attitude, he came off as clearly polite. Far from something that should be considered as uncommon to be, but a noticeable trait to have nevertheless. They were one to be rather formal and seemingly gracious with their words as well. Such lack of fortune that the boy had to reject his offer like that. Of course, nothing to do with the man himself. He was being honest with his words there, in actuality. Already would he have gotten himself out of here, if it weren't for the fact that it would've probably caused the older man to be alerted, and have his attention be gained from the other. Tatsuya was planning to make this conversation quick, along with wanting to question him for the sake of the possibility of getting necessary information being there.
Tatsuya’s hair style is called メッティカット met cut (mettikatto) by Tadashi in the IS world book.
The me メッ part derives from ヘルメット helmet. I like how they included this in the game.
(Saki) "Um, hey, excuse me! I think I'm lost. Do you know how to get to the Gameatorium?"
Already was he raising an eyebrow at the words from a girl that he couldn’t recognize at all. Clear from them, could he guess that whatever place she wanted to get to had something to do with video games. Places relating to video games were far from uncommon within Sumaru City, but never has he heard of something like that residing within this very town. At least, from what he could remember. If this so called Gameatorium was truly not around here, then it certainly would be bad luck for this woman. One would hope that her place wasn’t too far away from here, if that happened to be the case.
“ Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a place like that before. Sorry. ” He kept a stoic tone to his voice, as well as a stoic expression to his face. He wasn’t one to hesitate on being honest with his answer to the other. “ … Sumaru’s a pretty large city. You new here, or something? ”

Jude was told by a teacher named Ms. Saeko that he was assigned to tutor someone. Being a person who always loved to help out others, Jude immediately accepted the task of tutoring the said student. Even though he was only sixteen years old, Jude was already in the final year at Seven Sisters High. He skipped a couple of grades because of how smart he was. He was told by the teacher that the subjects he would be tutoring the student in would be science and math. Those were Jude’s strongest subjects. He headed up to the library and goes to meet the ssid student. When he got there, he found the student and smiled. “Hello there. My name is Jude Mathis. I have been assigned to be your tutor. Pleased to meet you.”
He was making a quick drive back to Seven Sisters High School with his motorcycle. As one would expect for certain young individuals, Tatsuya was one who simply wasn’t good at everything. Certain subjects that he needed to work on getting his grades up. Advised and planned up by his homeroom teacher, Ms. Saeko, the boy was informed that a tutor would be waiting in one of the classrooms at his school. Since he especially wanted to avoid being scolded by his brother, he didn’t have much of a choice other then to get himself there.
Once he made it to the place, he doesn’t hesitate to open the door and enter the room. Inside, did he see a face that was from familiar to him. They seemed to be wearing a Seven Sisters High school costume- And his tie was the same color as Tatsuya's, as well. This boy went through the same year as him? He couldn't help but consider that as odd. He was certain he would've been able to notice his presence before, if that was the case. Clear by their appearance as well, he could notice that they weren't exactly Japanese. Tatsuya couldn't help but raise his eyebrow at what the other had said, too.
“ Suou Tatsuya. ” He spoke, after a short amount of silence. “ Nice to meet you too, I guess. ”
His words were short, and quite blunt to the point. He also couldn't help but wonder. How old was this person, exactly? They had a very youthful appearance to them, and they seemed quite not so tall for their age. Of course, he's heard about how people tend to have it differently with the process of their growth and height, but he felt that he could never be too certain in this case. Though details may be quite surprising to hear if he ever found out, he wasn't one to care much as he was certain it would do little to no effect to them. He'd at least attempt to make sure not to let anyone acquainted with him hear about it, so to spare the unnecessary embarrassment.

The sound of classical music rose from the gramophone that sat in the corner of the office, while Layton sat with his eyes closed, a cup of freshly brewed tea in one hand. The wondrous smell that lifted up was just the stimulus needed to pleasantly compliment the graceful music that filled the room. He was so relaxed, that he barely noticed when someone entered his office.
“Pardon me, I didn’t notice you had entered.” He stood up, placing his cup onto a saucer.
Indeed, did he not expect this to occur at all. At first he was attempting to fight a demon that was quite powerful, but sooner was the young boy surprised about suddenly being thrown into some sort of a portal, and then later waking up in a time and place that did not seem like his former whereabouts at all. A glance around as he stood up from the ground, and he could notice that there was some large building near him. Certain people had their attention caught by his presence. Some of them looking rather young, and some of them looking middle-aged and wearing quite the outfits, making them look like they were dealing with something professional.
A closer look, and he could tell that they didn't exactly seem Japanese. Coupled up with the language that they spoke in. It very much sounded like English, from what he had heard. The more he noticed things, the more it became clear for him that he was no longer within the Sumaru City that he knew so well. He was only starting to feel worried about such a likely possibility like that, especially since the timing for this wasn't fitting at all. There were certain things that he had wanted to take care of, and to be suddenly taken away from his former surroundings like that had only caused him to feel both frustrated, and rather frightened.
Because of the most unwanted situation that he was currently in, he felt that this was no time to sulk right now, and decided to walk and make his move. He could notice that the people within his surroundings was started by what he just did. Thoughts began to pop up as he wandered around. Was that certain demon here, with him as well? Was there any way to get out of this place, and back to Sumaru City? The former was considered to be a possibility, so he couldn't help but keep himself near the place with all those young people around, so to search for it. He walked inside, and opened doors to classes and rooms as he attempted to make his search, provoking reactions from shock to suspicion.
Moments later, and one could see that he was still trying to conduct his search for a way to escape from here. He thought that a visit to the Velvet Room would likely help him. Perhaps have the ability to have him travel back to his place. Golly would that be considered as suck, should that case become true here. As of currently, he was within a hallway, attempting to open the doors that were around. Most of them were locked except one, which he didn't hesitate to enter through. What he saw was quite the interesting sight inside there. A man seemingly being relaxed, listening to what seemed to be orchestra music and drinking from that cup of his.
“ ... Yeah, don't worry about it. ” He spoke a quick reply back to the man's apology. He was speaking English as well, and his accent was clearly showing. “ ... You come from here, right? Do you know where I am right now? ”
Tatsuya was never one to be formal with his words. Blunt as he ever wanted to be and spoke whatever was on his mind, if he ever felt like doing so. Asking such a question like that wasn't something he minded as well, as he considered it to be merely harmless and especially since he knew very, very little about where he currently was. Details were most helpful for his current situation, if he ever wanted to adapt to his new, current surroundings.

Demonic Reunion || {nullfire}
It had been ages since he had gone to Sumaru City, but Tenma was somewhat pleased to be back. After all, coming here reminded him of that boy, whom he had never been able to get back in contact with. Maybe he never would, but he was at least glad to be able to come back here, to teach the local elementary school children soccer, once again.
“(This makes the third time now…)”
Indeed, Tenma was right. The first time was when the actual encounter with the creatures, that he later learned were demons, occured. The second time, was when he begged for Gouenji-san to let him revisit, to teach the children one more time. Now, he was back. He was kind of surprised when the request came, but it was almost as though Gouenji-san, the head of the Youth Soccer Association, sent him back here on purpose. Almost like he knew that he still had unfinished business in Sumaru, and needed to get to the bottom of it.
…
“…T-This doesn’t look like an elementary school.” Tenma watched, as teenagers who were clearly older then him socialized around him.
As he walked around, trying to work out where he was, he wasn’t really watching in front of himself. And he walked right into someone.
“G-Gah..!” Coming to a halt, he began to apologize, before he looked up at the other.
“It’s you…! Y-You’re–!”
It seemed like third time really was the charm in this case. Or at least, the goddess of luck and fortune was raining her praises down on him. Standing in front of him, was a young teenager he distinctly recognized, wearing a red coat, and holding a lighter.
For Sumaru City, it was certainly becoming quite windy and cold. Unfortunate for the older boy, as he had to drive to his school for today. His brother being known as the worrywart that he was, had urged Tatsuya to wear clothes that were considered to be suitable for the current weather. Thus was he wearing that certain red coat of his, over the usual clothes that he always wore.
He made his way to the place, and parked his motorcycle near the building. Before he decided to enter, he pulled his lighter up and flicked it on and off, as he slowly got distracted by his own thoughts. Now having been a Persona user for quite a while and hanging out with people like Maya and the others, he certainly felt that a lot of things had occurred as of lately. Though those thoughts were quickly disrupted and he felt himself be snapped out of that state, as soon as he felt something bumping into him.
He doesn't hesitate to look down, only to find what seemed to be a young boy. At least, they looked very youthful for being around a place that was filled with older teenagers. There was an odd feeling that Tatsuya was getting from his presence, as well. He felt that it was most similar, to the sense of familiarity itself. What the boy had to say next to him had certainly caught his attention and made him raise an eyebrow. It very much seemed like the kid was able to recognize him, and the young certainly couldn't help but wonder about that.
“ You... ” Tatsuya spoke, repeating the same word that the boy was basically saying in the first place. “ Have I met you before? ”
Taking a closer look at the boy, he felt himself being reminded of a certain someone from a not so distant past. Though all the details may not have been remembered so well, he does remember that he once attempted to save a boy from the grasps of dangerous demons. He also remembered witnessing what seemed to be his... Powers. Though he didn't feel too certain, they did seem like the power that a Persona user would wield. The more he thought about it, the more he became piqued. Could this boy really be who he thought he was?
