Jean couldn’t believe his ears as he stood in front of the only food truck that had the most decent American food their campus had to offer, was denying him service.

“Are you still hung up about that sandwich Connie and I didn’t pay for?! Seriously?”

Jean grumpily sighed and looked around to see if other people were witnessing this fuckary. “Jesus, I haven’t been back for more than a day and I already feel so welcomed.” glaring at the man who wouldn’t serve him a burger. “Ridiculous..”

“Sometimes its hard to believe that I actually might have? But my senses came back each time..” Jean smirked at the blonde with a slight roll to his eye.

As a matter of fact, I missed you a lot!” Reiner said, creeping up behind Jean and resting his head on his shoulder, just to mess with him. “Ah but don’t worry about me! My summer was a-ma-zing, mind you. Being in Germany with my adorable boyfriend certainly was a vacation I’ll never forget about,” Reiner smirked, sitting down on one of the benches and greeted a few other passing students. “I’m gonna throw one sick Halloween party to make up for my birthday, though! So you better be prepared for that.”

“Prepared to not go?” Jean grinned in his former roommate’s direction as he continued to speak. Their room looked different without his stuff in it and it was having minimal effects on his mood that he wouldn’t admit aloud. “They sort of broke up the party animals with this shift in rooms, eh? Connie is stuck with Jeager now and neither of us are with each other..which room do we even trash this year?”
