Titan whipped her head around as she saw the bushes behind her move. She narrows her eyes. She wanted to go to the gym like she usually does. However that might not be the case today. @titanquartz
It was always, always good to get some activity outside the Arctic Base. Life since recomnussioning had turned somewhat stagnant, so rhe Drill Sergeant took it on herself to file multiple repprts, get some missions done, even assign something to herself.
This was a reconnaissance mission, gathering intel on a humanoid being and classifying it into an adult, vampire, candy sentient, whichever. Nothing out of the ordinary for an operative.
But what probably was out of the ordinary was her too sharp movement in a too-tall body. Had she been 11, this would have been excusable, since there was so little of her, but at 18, she had grown much larger and taller- and the leaves rustled, blowing her cover, and Zero, what would she do-
She held still, willing the leaves to stay still, hope that the being in front of her, would excuse it as the windâs breath.
Very slowly, however, now much more mindful of her actions, she slowly crouched into a defensive stance, ready to flee.
She let herself think, running on the treadmill. The tall being wasnât hard to classify, per se, but there was nothing the KND had on their species. She was out during the day, so she wasnât a vampire.
She was doing regular things a human did, but she couldnât have been a human. Titan, she thought hard to herself. What kind of sentient species would she be?
Would she have to, to interact? It wasnât supposed to come to that, but Numbuh 429 somewhat assumed that the mission would  have to go a little retcon, if she wanted to find out more.
She turned the machine off, and walked nearer to Titan, picking up one light dumbbell and raising it, not realizing she was openly staring at the gem.
