Well, he’s a Caninu - think “dog on two legs” - with red-orange fur, brown-orange hair in a ponytail, blue eyes, blue shirt and shorts, a red cape and pilot’s cap, boots, and a pair of goggles he doesn’t even use. Oh, and a noticeable scar across his snout.

Though he also has a human form. It’s pretty much the same, but his hair is yellow-er, not in a ponytail, his eyes are red, and he’s topless… for some reason.
