I want to say I’m 28 and better but I’d rather say I’m 28 and trying — trying to be braver for what’s coming ahead. I didn’t get to spend my 27th year the way I wanted it to be due to the unforeseen and crazy circumstances the year 2020 has brought upon us. I’ll admit, there were fear, anxiety and lot of doubts but I can say these taught me to be more prayerful, to find joy in the simplest of things, to value the life God has lent us, and to be more expressive of the love I have for my family and friends. Hence, with this gift of life, I will be braver not just for myself, but also for the people I love. I am confident knowing that God will always be by my side. 🥰 Thanks to everyone who remembered me on my special day. More than the gifts, it’s your warm and heartfelt greetings that made it more remarkable. To be honest, the night before my birthday, I was having “birthday blues” for no apparent reason. But because of you guys, you made me feel that I am living my life righteously and I felt better.
