10. Set a 10 minute timer. It makes starting easier
11. Write a simple to do list. It gives direction
12. Stretch your body. It releases tension
13. Light a candle or spray a scent. It refreshes your space
14. Step outside in the sun. It boosts your mood
15. Drink something with electrolytes. It supports energy
16. Watch a short inspiring video. It sparks action
17. Change locations. New environments create focus
18. Put your phone on airplane mode. Fewer distractions
19. Do a brain dump in a journal. It takes away overwhelm
20. Remind yourself that you only need to start, not finish
It genuinely breaks my heart when things just don’t work out bc it’s not in God’s plan, but I know I have to trust Him.
Sending love to anyone who is just… tired.
Of the bills. The responsibility. The emotional labor. The constant pressure of trying to make life work for themselves and the people they love.
Be gentle with yourself. The caregiver deserves care, too.
The Bible says, God gives good gifts and one of the best He offers is the fruit of the womb. God has been so merciful and He handed that child over to us for proper care, nurture, training and leading in the way of the Lord. When we commit our children to God, He promises: “And all your children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of your children.” (Isaiah 54:13). But you need to “Train up the child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6). I pray that the children in your care will walk in the light and live to fulfil glorious destinies God has planned for them.
i’m still here.
