Iggys laughter in her bedroom grew louder and Thor looked up from his book toward a Maggie, “She’s been in her chambers all morning, I tried to check on her and she shouted for me to get out. That is not like her, she always lets me play in her room with her.” He pouted slightly. More laughter from the bedroom and the sound of soft cooing followed. What is that sound? Did you allow her a new pet?”
Maggie looks over with raised eyebrows "she's not letting you in there? Ok that's not good and she'd better not have another pet. I told her no more for a while after she let the bilgesnipe loose in the throne room." She gets up and kisses him before heading to the door and opening it before she has the chance to hide anything.
"Of course I'll watch him" she grins and picks him up, loking Loki as she passes "troublemaker" she laughs and pulls him from the room
Din made sure they were out of the room before he nuzzled against Maggie. He looked into her eyes and chirped softly, giving her nose s gentle lick.
She chirps back, grining as she nuzes and nips at him gently
He stood up and looked down at her with a grunt, looking out the window. Various smells met his nostrils and he sneezed, falling back onto his butt clumsily.
She chirps up at him before rolling lazily to her feet, huffing as he falls again and coming over to nudge him
He stood up proudly and stretched, nudging her toward the balcony. He looked down at the ground and leapt, landing gracefully on all four. Looking up at Maggie, he let out a yowl of pride.
She grins proudly and leaps after him, landing gracefully before roaring
He roared in reply and again with excitement. Hopping on his back paws he pushed her over and stood over her with a cocky smirk. He lowered his head and grunted as he began to groom her ears.
She yelps,m dramatically, flopping down and grinning as he stands over her. She ourrs loudly, melting as he grooms her
He could get into this, being a cat, being close with Maggie in such a freeing way. All senses were heightened and it felt wonderful.
He threw a massive paw over her neck to hold her still and settled down next to her, churring and grunting as he nipped and licked at her hears and face.
She purrs when she's pinned, everything in her settling immediately as she enjoys the sweet grooming. She hasn't been groomed like this since she was a child, she hadn't realized how much she missed it.

The child patted Maggies arm and snuggled close to her, closing his eyes. He kicked at Din slightly and let out a satisfied sigh when Din backed up.
“He sure has nerve.” He laughed. “I guess that’s the signal to go now.”
She snorts and tickles the kids side "he wants you to go have fun" she smiles
“No he’s greedy and wants you to himself.”
He sat up and watched the child curl into Maggie tight snoring softly. A tap at the suite door made him sit up straighter.
“Friend Din! I’ve come to collect you for our evening of drunken merriment! Kiss your woman goodbye and let’s go!”
“He’s a very happy man isn’t he?” Din half smiled.
She giggles and nuzzles his cheek "yes. He is. Go have fun. I'm gonna stick this little one in bed with Iggy and hang out with Maggie."
“I’ll leave you a comm. in case you need me.” He adjusted his pants as he stood up. I’m a little nervous.” He admitted. “I don’t know what to say to them.”
"Ok love, I'll keep it with me." She smiles up at him "just relax and have fun. Thir knows you're quieter than him and thats fine. Something tells me he can carry a conversation if he needs to" she kisses his cheek
“Alright.” He kissed her back and then stroked the baby’s ear. “I’ll be home before dawn.”

“So then I brought my mighty hammer down and it shattered the ground! The frost giant was no match for me that day.” Thor cuffed his ale and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. He fingered the cloth around his head
“This hammer, you say it’s magic?”
“Oh yes, it’s enchanted with the words of Odin. Have you no magic where you’re from?”
Din shrugged, “Theres been whispers. People called Jedi. I don’t trust them.” He looked at Thor, “Sorry about the blindfolding.”
Thor laughed merrily, “Not at all my friend, it is your creed and I respect that.”
“But the entire tavern, you made them cover their eyes.”
“Yes and I we respect you, like I said.” A crash of glass and laughter rose. “Well the servers will get used to it.” Thor laughed. Now keep drinking, you deserve to have some fun, you work hard for your mate and child.”
Din finished his ale and nodded, “I appreciate everything you’ve done for us. Maggie and the child needed a break from space even though she’d never admit it.”
Thor smirked, “our Maggies are quite stubborn, but their love for us snd the children knows no bounds. Oh! Did I tell you that she ripped the head off of a crazed woman trying to take our pup. Not even three days after giving birth and she defended our family with honor snd bravery.”
A passing server placed more ale carefully on the table, “Lady Maggie is a wonderful mother and loves the Asgardian people, she’s a brave warrior and diplomat. To Maggie!!” She cheered and voices joined in.
“You have an interesting realm, as you call it. It intrigues me.” Din sat up, “I’d like to offer my assistance or credits for some land for my family if its possible. My family needs a quiet place to grow and they love it here.”
“Din, you needn’t ask, I know of a wonderful area you would love, good fishing snd hunting, quiet, good neighbors. You’d be safe.”
Din nodded, “How much?”
Thor laughed, “You owe us nothing. But if you’d like to find work, that can be arranged.”
Din gave a sigh of relief, “Thank you for this. You have my appreciation.”

Stumbling toward his chambers after saying goodnight to Thor, Din staggered and fell into a pair of arms.
“Din, it looks as though you’ve been with Thor.” Loki grinned.
Din nodded and belched. “Yup.”
“I wanted to apologize for my behavior earlier, it was rude of me.”
“I don’t want Maggie to leave for a shifter here.” He slurred.
“And that shall not happen, she loves you immensely.” Loki patted his shoulder, “Byt I’ll see to it that you understand her shifter background more than ever.”
“Huh?” Din fumbled for the doorknob as they arrived at his door.”
“Don’t worry about a thing, I shall see you at our morning meal.”
“‘Kay” Din grunted as he entered the room, “night loki.”
Loki smirked mischievously as he started to walked away.
Din undressed and collapsed into the bed sound asleep in minutes.
Maggie feels the bed shift as he collapses and cuddles into his side, she'd had a great time with Maggie but her bed had called to her so she'd come back before Din.
She snuggles close, purrs rumbling through her as she sleeps before she shifts in her sleep and rolls onto her back, sprawling on the bed
He felt a tickle on his nose and stirred with an annoyed grumble. He swatted at the sensation and opened his eyes to see a paw in his face. Smiling, thinking Maggie was teasing him, he lifted a hand to grab her paw and another paw came into view. Heart pounding he looked down at himself and saw grey and black fur. He yelped and lost control falling out of bed. Landing on his belly, he looked around and noticed everything looked snd doubded clearer. He got up and turned around, seeing a long thick furry tail behind him.
Fuck!
He climbed onto the bed and nudged Maggie hurriedly. Grunting loudly as he head butted her cheek.
She hears another cat, in a flash she's on her feet and growling, untrusting of the other before sniffing and approaching slowly. He smells like her mate....she quickly shifts into her half shifted form so she can speak "Din...is that you?" She reaches out slowly to cup his cheek.
He looked back at his tail and jumped when it wriggled. He stared up at her and frowned.
"Holy shit..." she pets him gently "just stay calm, we'll figure this out. For now, can you try shifting back for me? Just close your eyes and picture your human form."
He closed his eyes, nothing happened and he looked up at her expectantly. A bird landed on the balcony railing and his ears perked. He look over and snarled, crouching down studying it carefully. He crept over and in a flash the bird was in his teeth and he carried it back to Maggie dropping it at her feet. His eyes widened and he gagged. Looking up at her for help.
She snorts and pulls him close, cuddling him "it's ok love. You get used to it. Hopefully no one has a laser" she nuzzles his cheek "let's go see the others and see if they can help"
He rolled his eyes and chuffed at her joke. He crawled under the bed and put his head on his paws, in frustration.
"Get some rest, I'm gonna go get Maggie. I bet she'll know exactly what to do." She scratches his chin before getting up to go
He huffed and whipped his tail back and forth anxiously. He motioned toward the childs crib with his nose and looked back at Maggie.
"It's ok, he will know you. Your scent is the same and he is very smart." She smiles softly
He sighed and crawled out from under the bed. He stretched and patted Maggies leg gently with a large paw. He looked at the door and chirped.
She scratched behind his ear "I'm gonna go find Maggie. I have my suspicions about how this happened, I recognize a faint scent on you, I just need her to confirm it. I'll be right back"
He nodded once and went to the child’s crib, lying down next to it.
She smiles before leaving their room and headimg straight for Maggie "i need your help. Someone's turned Din into a cat. He can't figure out how to shift and he's anxious about it"
Her eyes widen "oh god...imma kill Loki. I know he did this."
“Din? I’ve come to see if you are alright after our night of drinking, you drank some potent ale and rum my friend.”
Dins head snapped up and he ran to the door, clawing at it, growling.
“Maggie?? Is that you, is everything alright?” He opened the door slowly and was tackled by an angry snow leopard.
“You are not Maggie and I don’t appreciate being bitten, cat person.” He fought it off, stood snd grabbed Din by his scruff, dragging him up. Thunder rolled loudly and lightning flashed, “I don’t recognize you and you’re not welcome here.” Lightning flashed outside the window and as he summoned stormbrodaker he felt his body go tense as he rose into the air, “What the Gods?”
The child held his hand out frowning at him.
“Child! If you’re doing this, stop!”
They hear thunder and run back to the room, Maggie seeing the child holding Thor and running tk him as her twins runs to Thor and Din.
"Baby, thor is just trying to protect you, he doesn't recognize you papa. Ya gotta let him down, baby. You're gonna exhaust yourself again."
"Thor, that's Din. Someone changed him, we think it was Loki. He's acting on instincts and protecting his child."
Din struggled out of Thirs grip snd hurried to the child, nuzzling him and churning softly.
Thor lowered to the floor and his fists clenched, “LOKI!!
Loki appeared quickly, “Yes brother, you sound alarmed. Oh my, well it seems my plan didn’t work as I had hoped.” He crossed his arms and sighed, “Is everyone alright?”
Din hissed at him and batted angrily.
Maggie stretches uo to smack him in the back of the head "if you absolutely had tk do this. You st least should've made sure he knew how to shift, you menace!"
Maggie pulls Din back away "i know, love, I know." She shifts into her cat form and nuzzles under his neck, lurring loudly to calm him down.
“I was trying to assist him. He seemed upset that Maggie is a shifter snd he is not so I turned him so he could see the world through her eyes and they could spend time together as cats. I meant no harm I swear to you.”
“You should have warned him Loki, he was drunk and not thinking clearly. Perhaps he did not want to be a cat.”
Din snuggled into Maggie, enjoying her soothing attention. He collapsed to his side and reached up, pulling her on top of him with a paw.
“See? He looks like he’s enjoying it.” Loki grinned.
Maggie nuzzles him, nomming playfully on his shoulder.
Maggie rolls her eyes "still shouldve made sure he knew how to shift. You know that would freak you out, to be stuck in 1 form when you're used to another.

“I agree with Maggie, would you like to be turned into a midgardian with no power?” Thor crossed his arms angrily.
“Dear Gods no! Loki gasped. “I’ll change him back.”

Thor laughed, “You owe us nothing. But if you’d like to find work, that can be arranged.”

Stumbling toward his chambers after saying goodnight to Thor, Din staggered and fell into a pair of arms.
“Din, it looks as though you’ve been with Thor.” Loki grinned.
Din nodded and belched. “Yup.”
“I wanted to apologize for my behavior earlier, it was rude of me.”
“I don’t want Maggie to leave for a shifter here.” He slurred.
“And that shall not happen, she loves you immensely.” Loki patted his shoulder, “Byt I’ll see to it that you understand her shifter background more than ever.”
“Huh?” Din fumbled for the doorknob as they arrived at his door.”
“Don’t worry about a thing, I shall see you at our morning meal.”
“‘Kay” Din grunted as he entered the room, “night loki.”
Loki smirked mischievously as he started to walked away.
Din undressed and collapsed into the bed sound asleep in minutes.
Maggie feels the bed shift as he collapses and cuddles into his side, she'd had a great time with Maggie but her bed had called to her so she'd come back before Din.
She snuggles close, purrs rumbling through her as she sleeps before she shifts in her sleep and rolls onto her back, sprawling on the bed
He felt a tickle on his nose and stirred with an annoyed grumble. He swatted at the sensation and opened his eyes to see a paw in his face. Smiling, thinking Maggie was teasing him, he lifted a hand to grab her paw and another paw came into view. Heart pounding he looked down at himself and saw grey and black fur. He yelped and lost control falling out of bed. Landing on his belly, he looked around and noticed everything looked snd doubded clearer. He got up and turned around, seeing a long thick furry tail behind him.

He climbed onto the bed and nudged Maggie hurriedly. Grunting loudly as he head butted her cheek.
She hears another cat, in a flash she's on her feet and growling, untrusting of the other before sniffing and approaching slowly. He smells like her mate....she quickly shifts into her half shifted form so she can speak "Din...is that you?" She reaches out slowly to cup his cheek.
He looked back at his tail and jumped when it wriggled. He stared up at her and frowned.
"Holy shit..." she pets him gently "just stay calm, we'll figure this out. For now, can you try shifting back for me? Just close your eyes and picture your human form."
He closed his eyes, nothing happened and he looked up at her expectantly. A bird landed on the balcony railing and his ears perked. He look over and snarled, crouching down studying it carefully. He crept over and in a flash the bird was in his teeth and he carried it back to Maggie dropping it at her feet. His eyes widened and he gagged. Looking up at her for help.
She snorts and pulls him close, cuddling him "it's ok love. You get used to it. Hopefully no one has a laser" she nuzzles his cheek "let's go see the others and see if they can help"
He rolled his eyes and chuffed at her joke. He crawled under the bed and put his head on his paws, in frustration.
"Get some rest, I'm gonna go get Maggie. I bet she'll know exactly what to do." She scratches his chin before getting up to go
He huffed and whipped his tail back and forth anxiously. He motioned toward the childs crib with his nose and looked back at Maggie.
"It's ok, he will know you. Your scent is the same and he is very smart." She smiles softly
He sighed and crawled out from under the bed. He stretched and patted Maggies leg gently with a large paw. He looked at the door and chirped.
She scratched behind his ear "I'm gonna go find Maggie. I have my suspicions about how this happened, I recognize a faint scent on you, I just need her to confirm it. I'll be right back"
He nodded once and went to the child’s crib, lying down next to it.
She smiles before leaving their room and headimg straight for Maggie "i need your help. Someone's turned Din into a cat. He can't figure out how to shift and he's anxious about it"
Her eyes widen "oh god...imma kill Loki. I know he did this."
Iggys laughter in her bedroom grew louder and Thor looked up from his book toward a Maggie, “She’s been in her chambers all morning, I tried to check on her and she shouted for me to get out. That is not like her, she always lets me play in her room with her.” He pouted slightly. More laughter from the bedroom and the sound of soft cooing followed. What is that sound? Did you allow her a new pet?”
Maggie looks over with raised eyebrows "she's not letting you in there? Ok that's not good and she'd better not have another pet. I told her no more for a while after she let the bilgesnipe loose in the throne room." She gets up and kisses him before heading to the door and opening it before she has the chance to hide anything.
She giggles and reaches back for him "no moment is ever safe with him around" shr grins "how are you awake again?"
The child patted Maggies arm and snuggled close to her, closing his eyes. He kicked at Din slightly and let out a satisfied sigh when Din backed up.
“He sure has nerve.” He laughed. “I guess that’s the signal to go now.”
She snorts and tickles the kids side "he wants you to go have fun" she smiles
“No he’s greedy and wants you to himself.”
He sat up and watched the child curl into Maggie tight snoring softly. A tap at the suite door made him sit up straighter.
“Friend Din! I’ve come to collect you for our evening of drunken merriment! Kiss your woman goodbye and let’s go!”
“He’s a very happy man isn’t he?” Din half smiled.
She giggles and nuzzles his cheek "yes. He is. Go have fun. I'm gonna stick this little one in bed with Iggy and hang out with Maggie."
“I’ll leave you a comm. in case you need me.” He adjusted his pants as he stood up. I’m a little nervous.” He admitted. “I don’t know what to say to them.”
"Ok love, I'll keep it with me." She smiles up at him "just relax and have fun. Thir knows you're quieter than him and thats fine. Something tells me he can carry a conversation if he needs to" she kisses his cheek
“Alright.” He kissed her back and then stroked the baby’s ear. “I’ll be home before dawn.”
"Ok, have fun my love." She smiles brightly

“So then I brought my mighty hammer down and it shattered the ground! The frost giant was no match for me that day.” Thor cuffed his ale and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. He fingered the cloth around his head
“This hammer, you say it’s magic?”
“Oh yes, it’s enchanted with the words of Odin. Have you no magic where you’re from?”
Din shrugged, “Theres been whispers. People called Jedi. I don’t trust them.” He looked at Thor, “Sorry about the blindfolding.”
Thor laughed merrily, “Not at all my friend, it is your creed and I respect that.”
“But the entire tavern, you made them cover their eyes.”
“Yes and I we respect you, like I said.” A crash of glass and laughter rose. “Well the servers will get used to it.” Thor laughed. Now keep drinking, you deserve to have some fun, you work hard for your mate and child.”
Din finished his ale and nodded, “I appreciate everything you’ve done for us. Maggie and the child needed a break from space even though she’d never admit it.”
Thor smirked, “our Maggies are quite stubborn, but their love for us snd the children knows no bounds. Oh! Did I tell you that she ripped the head off of a crazed woman trying to take our pup. Not even three days after giving birth and she defended our family with honor snd bravery.”
A passing server placed more ale carefully on the table, “Lady Maggie is a wonderful mother and loves the Asgardian people, she’s a brave warrior and diplomat. To Maggie!!” She cheered and voices joined in.
“You have an interesting realm, as you call it. It intrigues me.” Din sat up, “I’d like to offer my assistance or credits for some land for my family if its possible. My family needs a quiet place to grow and they love it here.”
“Din, you needn’t ask, I know of a wonderful area you would love, good fishing snd hunting, quiet, good neighbors. You’d be safe.”
Din nodded, “How much?”
