Overhead Parking Guidance Sensor
The overhead parking guidance sensor is a type of parking system is designed for very busy car parks, regardless of size, though at least 20 spaces are required. It is especially advantageous for multi-storey car parks where motorists often find themselves driving round in vain to find an empty space. The system ensures they will find one by guiding them directly to it in real time, by floor, zone and lane.
The signal park system works with any kind of four-wheeled motor vehicles but is not suitable for two-wheeled vehicles. This system stands up to various stresses, such as vibration set up by vehicles moving on the next floor up.
It should be remembered that it allows every space to be used for parking control solution. Planned for at the design stage, will lead to a greater number of parking spaces. It is therefore possible to design without worrying about any traffic jams.
Often happens that vehicles stay parked longer than the authorised time, knowing where they are parked means their registration number can be taken so a customer who claims to have lost their parking ticket and says they only came in an hour earlier can be found out.
When the available height is limited, it is possible to fix the detector on the side of the rail with a special setsquare. The rail, which withstands the detectors, can be fixed either directly on the ceiling, or hung by a wiredrawn, a chain or a cable.
