grooming / predatory behavior: the period when an individual ( who will be referred to as red to protect their privacy. if you are aware who this person is, do not go out of your way to pester them. they deserve to be heard and understood. ) was involved with lorenzo, red was 16 years old. at the time, lorenzo actively lied about his age. he was not 18 as he had claimed, but was in fact 19, turning 20.

the victim, red, has expressed genuine fear that lorenzo could attempt to use explicit images and their adress sent during their relationship as leverage or blackmail against them. given the verified age gap at the time, with lorenzo being 19 while red was 16, the possession, retention, or threat to disseminate any such material involving a minor constitutes the possession and potential distribution of CSAM. it is deeply illegal and predatory to even send around this meterial to eachother.

racism: during his prior relationship with another ex partner, who we will refer to as orange, lorenzo repeatedly altered his story about his race, claiming at various points to be japanese, then korean, and then claimed to have a black brother, which is the reason he also claimed to possess the "n word pass". when he later began dating red, he completely dropped those previous claims and suddenly claimed himself to be italian ( this coincided with his fixation on franco barbi, an italian fictional character from the horror game outlast, who also, was apart of the mafia. )
beyond what is outlined, there is a much broader pattern of harm that needs to be addressed. lorenzo and his partner lee have consistently engaged in targeted harassment aimed at lorenzo's former partners, orange and red.

do you have any advice for overcoming or managing the contemporary anxiety that comes with making art about incest, csa, and cocsa? i feel like artists are living through an unprecedented epidemic of moral scrupulosity where younger people (who happen to be the most people using the internet and consuming indie art at all times) cannot distinguish fiction from reality or do not understand that depiction of sexual abuse is not an endorsement of said abuse. i think i especially admire what you're doing cuz after going through your blog it appears to me that you just launched this story about an incestuous family and instead of the art being all black-and-white angst or all mindless kink, you depict the abuse with a very leveled domesticity that is seldom portrayed by other artists (out of fear of backlash ig??? i know i would be pretty fed up with the snarky, holier-than-thou "why are we making meme redraws with an incestuous pedophile and his victim 😐" comments fast), which is ironically what makes it more realistic. i recognize it's not all fun and games cuz i've seen the dumbass stuff ppl try to say about you on twt, but i digress, i just wanna know how you do it or what's going through your head when you develop these characters as someone who has been trying to weave more complicated abuse stories into their own art but is so, soooo plagued by fear of rejection and "callouts". love your stuff already if it wasn't evident and i apologize if this was convoluted, i hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for answering!
Honestly, the best advice I can give is to stop giving a fuck 🤷♂️ Easier said than done when you're afraid of backlash, but a hard pill to swallow when you write stories involving sensitive topics is that not everyone will be satisfied with how you portray it, especially because experiences surrounding abuse is so broad and varied. It's not a one-size-fits-all typa thing, and that is okay! There's always gonna be somebody that dislikes your art, no matter how tactful you attempt being. When you focus too much on satisfying everybody— an impossible task—art doesn't become fun anymore and you instead limit yourself and your self-expression. So just go loose. Stop caring about what others think. Draw what your brain feels like drawing. It's good for your health. Art is meant for self-expression, not what others want you to draw.
I ain't gonna lie, I was a little nervous at first when I began posting about this family last year. But to my surprise, it connected with a lot of other survivors like me, and I'll never not be grateful for that. It wouldn't have happened if I limited myself to drawing what I thought would be easier for people to digest, because that's the thing about abuse. It's not supposed to be easy to digest. It's a horrific experience to go through, and I didn't want to sugarcoat anything. Who cares if it disturbs or angers someone? I'm drawing this for me and me only. People don't have the right to tell you what you can and can't draw, and obliging by online stranger's ridiculous standards only feeds into the idea that they can tell you what to do. So don't let them. Keep drawing. Just like there's always gonna be someone out there who dislikes your work, there will also be people out there that connect with your work. You just need to let it happen and not censor yourself

•This is also what led to Yoshi practically becoming Arimnaes’ secondhand man in his murders and essentially the Renfield to his Dracula , though Yoshi was mainly in charge of disposal / cleanup of any ounce of evidence , he would also task Yoshi into doing these murders himself much like a hitman.
•However, he usually works as The Infirmary Nurse for The Big Microsofit and is essentially Flordaddle’s equivalent to The Town Doctor , despite his mental instability he carries very heavy knowledge and prowess in the medical / surgical field and he utilizes said prowess to his murders / disposal of his brothers’ murders
•Despite his freakishly gangly build, because of being Arimnaes’ Working Mule .. it’s practically made him be freakishly strong,
•His prowess in the surgical field also made him unnaturally skilled in taxidermy / the preservation of corpses in most unorthodox forms.. one method of this is by rendering their body into a piece of furniture.. that he gets money by selling said furniture!
•Personality-Wise? The two words to describe him are “Cognitively Dissonant”, when he feels .. its comes off way too strong and in some cases too violent for others ..you could see him be over-apologetic screaming, gagging, wretching, hissing, growling mess who ends up shaking on the floor, with growls turned to whimpers, and then crying, and then suddenly he's manic, he's laughing hysterically, he's almost like a hyperactive joyous kid who can easily turn into anger by the slightest drop of a hat,
•Yoshi's mind runs rampant on "I don't want to do this. don't want to do this anymore. can't do this, you think i'm disgusting. sick, nasty.. please don't let me do this. nasty, nasty disgusting. putrid vile vermin getting its dirt everywhere. i told you not to leave that thing alone. its violent-"
•A very socially inept, excruciatingly neglected and sheltered guy where his background / past left him incapable of navigating unfavorable situations other than "attack, attack, attack" yet desperately yearns to be normal, to be competent and behave regularly.
•The reason he’s so infatuated with Kiane to an almost unhealthy degree is because simply? she was nice to him, she was warm.. very bubbly too.. and then he shows how much he loves her in the most horrible way possible because that’s the only way how he knew how to love somebody, and even if Kiane was essentially the worst option he could have picked in retrospect, he still loves her genuinely.

Good Route - Unlearning his Yandere tendencies and unhealthily obsessive gimmicks, practically slowly realizing how unhealthy his way of showing love was like and essentially ending with him healing and bettering himself *for* Kiane and there he finally gets the girl
Normal Route - Few characters could possibly die in this route and it’s actually quite Inner Kiane-focused where we actually learn that Inner Kiane was actually Kenzie Kenzington (that uni student that someone killed a while back who is talked about like once and has literally no bearing on the story) and that Yoshi *was* that guy who killed her *because* him and her were actually dating prior to the whole timeloop shabang and the reason he killed her was essentially him being so genuinely afraid of their relationship going downhill and “rotting” that he killed her to “immortalize the moment”, essentially this is Yoshi and Inner Kiane / Kenzie finally coming to terms with one another and essentially patching what they once had.
Bad End Route - Essentially the route where Yoshi goes full borderline yandere / goes off his genuine rocker .. he kills a majority of the people close to Kiane (Ex. Warped Lamp, Sensei, Johnny, and even Mr. Arimnaes) and this route essentially goes full horror as Yoshi isolates the player to the point that they have to choose him, and regardless of wether you reject him or accept his confession .. his emotions get the worst of him to the point he kills Kiane
