Tori is a young hacker (around 18 years old) who has some very strong reasons for revenge against the hero's guild because of the murder of her friend Alex who had fear based powers that were deemed too dangerous to try to control and impossible to powerbond. The murder was covered up as an accident, but Tori just barely managed to get the security footage of the incident before it was scrubbed. She's had a vendetta against the hero's guild ever since and has been acting to sabotage and defame them where she can while also funneling funds from their shell accounts into actual programs that help the communities most heavily affected by the negligence of the hero's guild in the events of villain attacks. She's been untraceable so far, but has recently taken up residence with Aria as both protection but also a means of backing someone she thinks can make a difference. She also notably does not have any powers and has been working very hard to hone her skills as a hacker.
