We went to the Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge today and I got this wood carved Hummingbird. Earlier in the day sadly a Hummingbird had flown into our glass windows. Now you know why I almost had to get this beautiful Hummingbird!!

Enjoyed our annual holiday gathering at Cambier Park in Naples, Fl.
If you like it really cold our house was the place to be!! Low last night was 13 degrees with a wind chill of 7 degrees. The good news no pipes burst. The not so good news our household heat can not keep up. We’re freezing!!!
Tonight we are expecting temperatures, at our altitude, in the single digits. Snow today and expected tonight. Can’t believe we’re still up here to “enjoy”freezing our you know what off!!!
Today I had my last wound care visit here in Waynesville. I’ve gone every Tuesday since we’ve been here. I already have my next appointment scheduled for next week in Miami at the Baptist Hospital Wound Care Center. Slowly, slowly, slowly healing!!
