idk how much longer i can cope with crippling fear of everything and nothing, been to the doctor, been to counselling, been on a waiting list for therapy for 2.5 months, it feels like no one is helping me even though i’m asking for it and its v sad

had my worst panic attack so far like 30 mins ago. actually thought i was about to stop breathing for a few mins. then i felt extremely sad n now i feel stupid. i hate being at uni now, serious bad vibes. going back home tomorrow for as long as possible
