One thousand colors, for your pleasure. 

I wanted to try my hand at retexturing some alpha hair, and I didn’t have one on hand for this lovely mesh. I’m still learning and refining my work flow on these projects. Its very meditative, and a welcome change of pace. I don’t do a ton of digital art (most of it is traditional) so the re-introduction to photoshop and its processes is pretty refreshing with a clear end result in mind. Again, I’m sure someone else has done this already but I’m happy with my result. Maybe someone else will be too!

Someone has probably already done this but, whatever! I haven’t retextured hair before and I wanted to try something new. This hair was screaming for some funky new colors, so why not a total overhaul? In my own game I use a lot of Aveira’s retextures, so I was trying to make something that would fit in with their work. They’ve been inactive for a few years now, but I still adore their mods and hope they’re doing alright.
