((Welp, I haven’t been on here in a while-))

((So, uh, hello to anyone that actually sees this! Um... I’m probably old news but I just want to say a couple of things before I disappear again.))

((So, I guess I’ll start by saying that this isn’t me returning to the blog, but rather me doing a quick check up. Undertale had kinda left me in a bad spot so I’ve been avoiding it to heal the wounds it left me.))

((I can’t exactly say my wounds are healed, but having switched my interests to Overwatch has really helped the healing process for me. I dunno, I just found comfort in the characters and the story. Plus I’ve made a few friends in the game that have helped as great distractors for me.))

((It was kinda just recently that I realised that if I really want to heal, I’ll need to be at peace with my Undertale past. Hayden was a major part of this past.)) 

((In all honesty, I’ve been trying to forget that Hayden was ever created, but doing that has only hurt me more. So, it’s better for me to accept that Hayden was a thing I created and that I did use them and created stories with them.))

((And now I can say why I’ve decided to stop by. I just wanted to thank everyone who put up with me and/or encouraged me in my darker moments. As much as I would fight against your words of kindness and be stubborn as hell, I always made note of your words and used them to push me to heal.))

((In all honesty, I’m rather nervous of thanking some of these people directly as they probably have some negative thoughts when it comes to memories of me, but that won’t stop me from saying the thanks out loud nevertheless.))

((I guess my time is up for now, but thank you if you’re reading this and I’ll be moving on now with a much better outlook on the things that happened here. I hope you all do well and see you all on the flip side!))

((So, I’ve been kinda avoiding this out of hopes to get out of this rut, but I should really finally announce it.))

((I’ll be on indefinite hiatus.))

((As much as I hate to say it, I just don’t have an Undertale muse right now. While I can still say I enjoy the game, I’m just more into other stuff right now. There may come a point in time where I’m ready to finish my work on the Souls and get back into Rping, but as of now, I’m just not up for it.

So, instead, I’m just kinda going to put everything on one big pause. The new blog and my characters’ development and everything related to Undertale that I’m working on, will be on hold.))

((I may come back at some point, and I’ll be sure to announce it, but for now, if you wish to stay in contact with me, I’ll place my Discord tag under the cut so you can add me. My main Tumblr will also still be open for contact, which is linked on this blog’s page for those who want it.

((Alright, I am back from my cruise!

The trip was very fun and this was actually the first pleasant birthday I’ve had in 3 years so I’m happy about that.

So, while I’m not quite ready to jump back into working on the new blog just yet, just know that thanks to a couple of people I met on the cruise, I am much more motivated to finish my work there.

((That is true, but as far as I have seen, the first one I’m having struggles with does not seem to want to talk to me at all at this point, so I’d rather leave them be before I give them more trouble. Plus, they are quite busy.

The second one got kinda upset with my choice not to go and they are also quite busy with other things so I don’t wish to bug them too much with an issue like this.

Tension isn’t something I want to deal with at that event (mostly due to my own fault) so not going would be best.))

Dood, no :( Idk which mods you're talking about, but I think they'd respect you coming forward and talking to them politely. And I made my souls right before the last camp!!! They don't gotta be perfect, and you can use the interactions to get in somee practice. Plus, it's not canon. I think you would have a good time :(

((My answer is still no. Even if I were to go make amends, that still wouldn’t stop my nervousness with writing in a chat room.

Also, I myself do not care about perfection, but I’d like to have people know and understand who my characters are before having them interact with others.

((On a different note, I have a funny story to share!

((Have you ever experienced strange coincidences in your life before?

I certainly have recently.

So, for those of you who don’t know, two things I love doing is character study and Karate. For some reason, those two things have been mixing a lot lately.

What do I mean? Allow me to explain.

Now, a few days ago, I had done a lot of research on the character Aradia from Homestuck.

You know, this girl:

Well, anyways, after doing my research on her, I went to Karate. My sensei, for no reason whatsoever, decided: “Hey, I’m going to make you try to learn the whip even though you should practice the forms you’ll be doing at the upcoming Tournament!”

Incase that gif doesn’t tell you why that’s so funny: Aradia’s weapon is a whip (aka Whipkind).

But, it doesn’t stop there!

On Sunday, I had my Karate Tournament! (I didn’t place in Forms, but I got 3rd in Weapons with my trusty spear!) At the Tournament, I got a (fairly unpleasant) surprise. My forms division was being judged by our system’s Grandmaster himself! It was scary being judged by him. But, it got me thinking of the character I did a study of the night before the Tournament...

Are you too shy to go? The mods are really friendly!! I went last time, and you don't have to stay the entire time :D I think you should go for at least 1 or 2 days, it will be fun ~

((I’m aware that the mods are friendly. But I do have my reasons for not going.

In short, I wouldn’t say I’m on the best terms with one or two of the mods at this point and while I do want to fix that, I’m nervous to do so.

I also have a hard time in chat rooms in general and I often get embarrassed and discouraged quickly and I do not want to be the one to make Wintersoul a negative experience for myself.

Lastly, I do not want to rush the new blog, else my writing will get sloppy and no one will enjoy reading the work and I’d only go to Wintersoul if the new blog was done.

So, please don’t expect me to go to Wintersoul.))

(('Tis the time for announcements!

So, no, the blog isn't done yet. It probably won't be done till New Years in all honesty. I get too distracted easily, I lose my muse to write too easily, and when I get the muse, it goes away too quickly. So, it'll be some time before I get the new blog fully set up.

Next, there are two things that'll make me disappear entirely for a bit of time. Christmas is one of those things, of course, but the other thing is a lot sooner and a longer time period of silence...

My birthday is coming up. So, starting Friday (sort of) and ending early Wednesday, I will be gone on a cruise to Mexico to celebrate. The reason I said "Friday (sort of)" is because Friday is my prep day before the cruise and I'll be getting a new haircut on that day! December 13th is the day of my growth. -w-

Lastly, as most people know, Wintersoul is coming up. I feel it is important to tell everyone a decision I made a few days ago: "I will not have any of my souls attend." I made that choice for personal reasons as well as time reasons, so Hayden, nor any of my other kids, will attend the camp.

I think I recall you saying that the new blog will be more story-based... Care to explain?

((Ah, that’s true. The new blog will be more story-driven.

Basically, the blog will be broken up into story arcs centered around a central topic. These story arcs may also have sub arcs to follow as well (making this kinda similar to Homestuck, but a lot less confusing).

The story arcs are mostly in chronological order, but we will have some arcs looking back upon past events, or as I like to call them, “Remembrance” Arcs.

The setup of the blog’s location and character interactions is also a little different as well. While the characters still wander about the Underground, Napstablook’s House will be where you can find them as a group. This will be further explained on the new blog.

My characters are also now unaware of the multiverse and people outside their universe. Hayden no longer knows of anyone else outside of their universe (Aka they don’t know who Yue-Yan or Dolores is) but that doesn’t mean that they can’t be introduced. Universe crossing is still okay and will play into the overall story. In fact, you can even have your characters still know who Hayden is and have it be that only Hayden’s mind has reset, but not their past interactions. It’s up to you. 

It may also be possible that I’ll be writing a fanfic alongside the blog, but that has yet to be confirmed.))
