Help?

I was doing really well with clean eating, small portions, small dinners, healthy foods etc... then in the past 2 days I've had multiple binges... a few which were easy to bring up, but then this morning I had a large junky binge and COULD NOT get it up. My gag reflex has just diminished. I could choke on something and I swear my body would just let it happen at the moment. I've felt achingly full all day now, bloated and disgusting.  Any advice? I need help. All I can think is tomorrow is a new day, start over. Exercise, clean eating... restriction. I'm so tired of this cycle.
