I’m standing tall as I smoke this cigarette. I stand like a statue from worlds that flicker like flames in our modern thought. Built of iron and of brass, but i move my limbs with liquid fluidity. Pulling on flame and breathing in smoke, I stand tall. My gaze continues to move as I walk down the streets. I peer over the heads that are bound to flesh. When I look down over them, I can see all that weighs them down. in curiosity, I peer closer at their pressures, but I look away for I don’t make sense. I can’t understand the mass of goop that lie on their heads. It is tangled in their hair, and puts off an unpleasant smell. I look over them. Over the streets, and into the hills, Oh I continue to grow. Sprout over the hills, gaze into the sun, and I rest. Though when I rest, you scratch at my feet, and so I must walk. Sudden strides over the valleys, and I knock my head on the heavens. stars fall like beads of perspiration on the roof of our tent. They fall in my eyes. I think I have out run you.
