Yes yes yes !!! I swear one day I will break down and actually do a proper body language post about these two (which I am 100% not qualified to do), because it’s unbearable how much and how instinctively they touch AND mirror each other ALL THE TIME, and it is most definitely worth analysing! I mean, I feel way too lazy to actually properly research and compile examples, etc but... I definitely think I could be... pushed. Nervous breakdowns over British TV presenter duos happen all the time, so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility, I guess fsghjkjl

Hello! I'm kind of new to the fandom but I love your blog so I thought you would be a great person to ask. Do you read any Ant & Dec fanfics? Do you have recs maybe? Where should I start? Thank you!

Hi! Most aad fics are on wattpad but I haven't read those for a long time so I don't really have any recommendations. The only one I remember is a very sad one called 'His own way of coping' but read at risk of many tears!!

My ultimate favourite aad fic which I still reread - 'Secrets, Tears, and What Ifs' on ao3, which I believe is written by pjtomyduncan. It's very long and not finished (yet?) but it's definitely worth the read.

He was so offended yet I loved how Ant bent down and hooked his head through the medal instead! 😂

right ??? I love it when they play it up, I can totally imagine this is the kind of humour they use when they’re just casually around each other !!! like being fake offended and out-of-this-world competitive for no reason and making lil jabs at each other !!! I can’t decide if Ant is really just used to adjusting his height for Dec’s sake (which I have so many feelings about, you can’t even imagine, like maybe standing a step down on a staircase so they can make proper eye-contact when talking to each other ??? or crouching in his seat in meetings so they seem more a united front being the same height !!! or when he hands people things he always aims a little too low and he doesn’t even notice it because that’s his normal ???? etc etc) or if Ant was actually going for a joke there, bending down veryyyy low to make fun of how short Dec is, because he’s a tiny man who can’t reach up that high lmao. actually just making Dec do the medal thing in the first place, like he could have put it on himself, but NO, NOT OUR ANTHONY. either way, that moment got me 🙈
