My Rehab Partner
Leo and I (my knee) relax after walking (Leo runs) two miles on the beach this morning—a key part of my cardiac rehab.

New Bloom
This plant grows by the ocean—don’t know what it is called—but it is important to me (I have one in my yard) since it is my first posted photo after I suffered a heart attack last month. Glad to be here.

Out of Place
The curve of Carmel-By-The-Sea Beach was interrupted this morning by a driftwood shack. My dog Leo froze when he saw this structure in an area he usually marks, But not today. He pulled to leave and so we did.
