Hey hey! I’m a Luxray and I’m feeling pretty sad about not being able to go out during thunderstorms :(( I also want to run around again and be free ! My parents aren’t very accepting of kin and it makes me really upset , could I get some kin positivity ? -⚡️🌑

It definitely is a bummer that it's not safe to be out in thunderstorms... a sad limitation of the human body. As an alternative, perhaps you could put on thunderstorm noises or sit by a window during storms (unless safety becomes an issue, of course).

As for your parents, I'm very sorry they're not accepting of you. Such beautiful Pokémon like you deserve much better. Keep your sights set on the future, because I'm sure you'll find others like you. They may not be a pack, but they can be like one.

ive started to feel like i am a mew some months ago. i cant tell anyone because im scared my friends would leave me if i kinned an actual pokemon... do u think i should keep it secret? i keep mew as a comfort character for now

i kin mostly for comfort but there are two characters i feel are me. mew being one of those. on another note i am secretly catkin ever since i was a kid so... this isnt a new feeling...

Hi there, Mew! It’s up to you if you want to tell your friends you’re kin or not. If you feel safe to do so, maybe tell one or two friends to start and see how they react. Or maybe ask as a question: “What do you think of people who kin Pokemon?”

Either way, Mew, I wish you love and support in your endeavors. Regardless of how your friends react if you choose to tell them, you’re welcome and accepted here.

H-hi!! 👉👈 I’m Scorbunny from Pokemon Journeys! Could I get some positivity because tonight I’m really struggling with fire-related trauma and intrusive thoughts and memories.. It gets really hard to deal with. Sometimes I feel really alone and like no one else understands what I'm going through. Sometimes I feel like I’m never going to recover emotionally from it. It’s really constant and scary. I hope you’re doing alright, and I hope you're able to have a lovely rest of your day/night. 💖💞

Well hello there, Scorbunny! I’m very sorry I couldn’t get to this last night, so I hope I can make up for it now. I know how you feel, dealing with trauma and intrusive thoughts. About a year ago, I was in a similar situation. There are others who understand what’s going on--maybe not the exact same way you feel, but still similar.

I promise you, things will get better. It’ll take time, and some days it’ll feel like you’ll never recover, but you will. If you have any close friends you can confide in, they’re a great way to help recover. Just being able to talk to someone--not even necessarily about the bad stuff--and spend time with them. Even keeping track of the small joys in life helps with recovery.

Hey... I’m an N (Pokémon) kin who was hit by a car nearly a month ago. I’m recovering pretty okay and my injuries were fairly minor compared to what they could have been, but I’m fearing that I may never fully recover physically or mentally. I have deep bruises that have yet to heal, and I keep getting flashbacks to the accident that nearly push me to a breakdown. Can I get like... some reassurance or just anything positive?

Hello, N!! I really truly hope that you’ll be alright.. these things are never easy to go through and I’m thankful that you were able to come out of this okay and that your injuries were minor. I promise that in time, your wounds will heal, both physically and mentally. Sometimes, it’ll be hard to deal with the flashbacks or getting back into routines, especially shortly thereafter the incident occurred. However, with the help of family, friends, or anyone else you may have as a support system, you’ll be able to get the help you need to push yourself forward. I won’t say that things won’t be hard for a while, as I said before that these things are never easy, but things will get easier in time, as long as you have those you care about and you recovery at a steady pace, things will end up okay. I’m rooting for you, and I hope that your recovery time goes as well and as smoothly as possible 💕

I hope I'm doing this right. Can I ask for some positivity for a person still trying to figure out their pokekin and only knows there is some connection to the premier ball? We never seem to get anything more than it's for a 'special event' so it feels like solving who I am will be impossible and it's really frustrating and sad.

Don’t give up hope! Figuring out your kins can be really hard, but the details will come eventually! Also, the Premier Ball? Super cool! In fact, I think it’s cool you know you have a connection to a certain ball. I hope you find your answers sooner rather than later, but I know you’ll find them!
