The notion of self-constructed world (the gift I have received) always has been a query of mine. It has been developed since the beginning of our existence, constituting unseen boundaries. The most important moment for me was realising the reality of it and figuring out where to go next. My partner Prairie had made photograms in response to her notion of a self-constructed world. As photogram is a cameraless photographic process, she could physically construct/handmade different versions of an ideal world. So instead of physically constructing a series of images and creating a dialogue around my ideal world, I have physically constructed objects or manipulated ready-made objects to see how it can trigger our imagination with a hint of humour.
