Continue to try to find happiness within yourself!! Take yourself out on dedicated dates
Buy a house in the next year ideally
Maybe get your ears pierced
Aim to get to Gold 1 on Valorant
Make new friends - either to chat/hang out with and/or play games with
Be more consistent with working out!! But don’t push yourself

It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here.. and with my recent depressive mood perhaps it’s in my best interest to release my thots somehow. Anyway these past few months I’ve really felt alone. What hasn’t helped is the few times I *feel* like I’m trying to express myself and no one is receptive. Years ago I already realized that eventually, all my friends will get into relationships and/or have their own lives and I will end up being alone... but it’s one thing to recognize and another thing to cope.
I think it’s the culmination of not feeling seen, friends having plans without me (which is totally fair) and the holiday season is the cause of my less than ideal mood. I just ordered SAM-e so I’m hoping that helps.
Also, what doesn’t help is that I tried making a friend through Reddit and we met up in person last night (since he was kinda close by) and he hasn’t responded to my text from this afternoon. I think I feel indifferent that this didn’t work out, but it stings a bit when something good happens with my friends. I’m trying not to compare myself to them and be happy for them, but it makes me feel sucky when I’m failing at dating despite actually trying meanwhile they don’t *necessarily* try as hard and are doing better than I am.
2020 TOO Resolutions
Try to be happy, but also don’t force yourself and be too hard on yourself
Get a tattoo or botox
Save up to buy a house in the next year or two
Try to be more consistent with working out again
Learn to solo queue on Valo and be better at comms
Maybe become a part time streamer??
Be better at cleaning/organizing/getting rid of stuff
Stop caring so much about useless things
Stop being so mean/annoying/rude
202NE1 Resolutions
Despite 2020 being such a shit show, I managed to fulfill a few of my resolutions. For the most part, the pandemic has really helped me cope with being comfortable with being alone although I’ve had some help from CBD to make me feel better at times. I was also fortunate enough to get a raise before we took off for new years which was a nice surprise. What was also surprising is that I kept up with “bullet journaling” for my work agenda, which took a few trial and errors for what design I was into.
The sad thing is that with the pandemic, I wasn’t really able to travel or do things safely such as getting my ears pierced or nose injections. Nevertheless I am thankful to be healthy, have a job and manage to fulfill most of my goals that I made. The past year really flew by and now it’s time to do this again... :/
Continue to grow your career.
Push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Take a solo trip when it’s safe... and maybe nose injections.
Continue working out!
Take risks! Enjoy life!
2020 Resolutions
New year, new decade, new me!
Savor life! Experience things! Be a hoe! If you want it, go get it!
Enjoy alone time more. Don’t beat up yourself if you’re feeing down. Try to reach out to someone if you can.
Get a promotion/raise this year and get the money you deserve! If not, look into finding a job elsewhere, or do at least something to grow in your career.
Take a solo trip this year. Possibly Puerto Vallarta or Cabo.
Plan to work from New York for a month this year!
Get your ears pierced in February. Get your nose injections and look into getting a tattoo!
Try to design your own journal for work!
Save up to buy a house or something!

2019 Resolutions
For the past two or so years, I’ve outlined new years resolutions for myself so I will continue to do so now!
Savor life. Don’t work too hard, live for the moment and enjoy everything. As you know, life’s too short to work hard and pressure yourself toward something you might not even get to enjoy.
Enjoy alone time. Friends are going to get even more busy as time goes on, so it’s important for you find happiness within yourself.
Don’t look back. Things happen for a reason. Let the past be the past and if someone walks away, let them.
Take more selfies. You failed at this last year, so yeah...
Ask for a promotion in March. You’ve been working your ass off. It’s time for you to get the title you’ve been deserving for so long and the salary to finally live that Luxe Life.
Take a solo trip this year. Possibly Puerto Vallarta or Cabo.

For a community that promotes inclusivity, it feels weird to be left out. It feels weird to see people I’ve tried to be friends with put their effort into other people. I usually pass it off as just people being mean, but I sometimes wonder if there’s something wrong with me. If I’m not trying hard enough or not putting myself out there enough. It’s really true what they say about no fats, no fems because I feel it.
But whatever I guess, I can’t force people to like me. What I can do is get this bread and buy me a Lexus.
What’s the point in working yourself so hard that you end up not being able to enjoy what you worked for? We sometimes push ourselves so much and don’t get a chance to enjoy the outcome.
Some people say that those who live modestly enjoy life the most. They may not have everything others do, but they enjoy the little things in life, like family, friends and just life.
