My G-d year has been affirming and clarifying. It has been a year of decay and decomposition, releasing things with love and gratitude that no longer serve me, allowing relationships and patterns of behavior to be transmuted and energy that was stagnant or toxic to be transformed into a healthier flow. I’ve been doing the work of setting boundaries, redefining and reclaiming my worth and recentering pleasure as a practice. This year has been about working in shadow as much as light, I know the last few weeks of 33, have a lot to teach me, entering Libra season and honoring the equinox means finding balance, embracing justice through radical love and giving air to the spark that allows me to show up for so many folx. yom kippur falls the day before my bornday, and I can’t think of a better way to close out this year than in fast, atonement and reflection.
