Mamdani ENDS Property Rights...NYC Is FINISHED
Mamadonny is planning on stealing property!
So is the entire government. They always have. Eminent Domain. Civil Forfeiture. They'll take whatever, whenever they want and you cant do anything about it. If you think you can own anything, you're delusional . Thousands of acres jave already been stolen for ai surveillance data centers, and thousands more are going to be stolen. And both "sides" are all for it.
Let her drive. She knows the way..
The pattern has always been the same, better pick your side.
Good Vs. Evil
Good girl..
In 1973 average home price was $35,000 and was 1500 square feet in size. The bank that financed that home was local with mostly local not federal regulations. The average home now $356,000 a ten times increase. The average size of the home is 68% larger at 2200 square feet. The average wage was $7,500 a year now it's between $63K and $75K a ten times increase. In 1973 at this average wage you paid 19.0% federal income tax or $1425. The federal income taxes now for a average income is 22% or $16,500. I think the car that's in the drive is a Mercury Montego or a Ford Torino was 6 passenger car. They sold for new in 1973 for $3500. They had very little Emissions controls & safety devices required by the Government. Now every thing about a new car is designed around federal regs. So with rare exceptions all new cars look the same. The 6 passenger vehicles that are now available are SUV's at a base price of $40,000 good luck finding one at that price.
The average family in 1973 was 2.8 children. Only one car, one phone in the hall of the home, on TV in the living room, NO INTERNET, No government funded health insurance, The kid didn't have 20 different things they did. No gaming consoles. They did sports outside till the street light came on. Everybody had hobbies. Kids did Girl scouts or Boy scouts. In rural areas 4H and/or FFA. As a teenager if you wanted something you went out and worked for it. The best money making scheme is a job. In 1973 you have worked summers to afford a car and/or collage education. The collage education cost about $1650 per year. No student loans were available cause no local bankers trusted you would pay it off and would never support some degrees.
A collage education got expensive with government influence. First the student loan program guaranteed bankers would get paid at whatever interest rate they wanted. Then the universities realized they could raise prices because the students are on student loans guaranteed by the Government. With government guarantees they didn't have any need to have degrees in any money making endeavors. In the seventy's there was a saying "those who do, do. Those who don't teach" that is why ever stupid idea comes out of Universities. Those ideas can't make money without support.
The average family now has 1.7 children, two cars, 3 or 4 phones, not counting tablets, PC's, TV's or other screens. In 1973 a family went out to eat maybe 6 to 12 times a year. Now a family eats out 6 to 12 times a week not counting Door dash. Every kid now does multiple things that would be categorized as entertainment. In 1973 you mowed the lawn instead of having a service. A teenager had a job at the local business to make money. But government has made it almost impossible to hire a teenager 14 to 18, It is hard to hire anybody 18 to 21 cause you have to train them to show up, to do the job, to pay a stupid minimum wage for less than minimum effort.
In 1973 only 20.9% had a collage degree now it's 37.9% It might be we have too many college educated that can't work but want everything gave to them.
