I'm surprised this isn't more common somehow? It just feels like a very logical pairing! Two big goods paired together, you know?
I personally feel like their flavor of "good" isn't quite the same, which could to some very, very interesting discussions between the two of them. While both gentle, Pure Vanilla focuses a lot more on not harming anyone while Millennial Tree seems to be more "hands-off" in the matter of the cookies. That's likely part of the reason why MT underestimated Dark Enchantress, and since he's pratically a nature god who's really really old (maybe), he sees this more as a conflict that will pass with time. See the following quotes: "Even should darkness come, it shall also pass with time."; "No matter how deep the darkness spreads, sprouts will grow some day."; "Amusing little plans this Cookie has" (about DE).
This also probably stems from MT being a god, but PV is technically just a long-lived mortal.
That being said, their views probably align on most things! They're both kind, maybe too kind (see MT's Primal Mercy costume--apparently gave an eye to some random cookie; and White Lily directly criticized PV for being too kind). Both of them gives a lot more than what they receive. Both are arguably father-like figure to some kind of cookie (Crepe; Wind Archer), and watches over a large group of cookies (PV Kingdom/Raisin village; Churro Village/Grass Village). Yeah, I think these experiences can connect them well!
I can't think of a specific headcanon rn, but I'd love to hear more (pls give me more info), and maybe I can do something for them!
