Tao's ear twitched as he turned and saw him. Not much saying anything, he went over and climbed up him, nuzzling against his chin and purring. "I've been coming back here for a while. I missed you."
Kyumei tilted her head to the side to allow the tiny creature enough room. "Ahnn, no worries, I am well enough~ You were missed too, little one." Reaching up, Kyumei rested her hand on the top of his head, giving it a pat or two.
Tao was curled up in his chibi nibi form, laying at the last place he had seen and smelled his friend. It had been so long but he still visited the spot. Wondering here he had gone.

When the Darkness Cries Out in Hunger// open?
He sat against a nearby wall, back lazily propped up against it and legs sprawled open on the ground. His hands were buried firmly in his pockets, contrary to his usual relaxed manner. Rather, he held his fists tight, pressing them deep into the warm confines of his hoodie. This action forced the fabric of his hood tighter down over his head, further hiding his face, concealing it in a black that more so compared to a fabricated darkness rather than the simple shadow of his hood.
Every now and then the boy’s body would tremble, which was quickly tailed by a chuckle. The corners of his lips twitched from time to time, pulling upwards into a tiny grin. The soft pink skin seized and jerked, revealing his fangs before the muscles relaxed again, and the near stoic look on his face returned.
His body and mind were at war with themselves, and there was nothing the boy could do to stop it. All thought process came to a standstill as the darkness fought to snuff out the small light in his mind… and it was succeeding…
Taomasa appeared in front of the young wolf sitting against the wall. His arms were crossed and he held a small, transparent cube in one hand. He looked the boy over trying to figure out what was happening to him before he shrugged and sat down next to him, on leg out and the other with his knee up so his arm could rest on it. Ever time the boy chuckled, Tao looked at him and wondered if he should laugh too. He decided against it as he looked around, wondering if anyone was near. He the took two cookies out of his pocket, sticking one in his mouth and holding the other towards Blink.
It was a while before the boy even comprehended the fact that a visitor had come to join him in his place against the wall, and even when his brain did register this, it took him even longer to acknowledge Tao’s presence.
However, when the being beside him began to shuffle about in his pockets, the boy began to growl, lips twitching upwards again into what looked like a mixture between a manic grin and a vicious snarl, accompanied by an equally intimidating growl. But as quickly as it had come, it passed, his facial features relaxing again into a soft, emotionless stare. As Tao extended the offering to him, Blink tilted his head upwards just barely enough to stare at the cookie. Slowly, he reached up and took it from him, only to enclose his fingers tightly around it. Dulled brown eyes dazedly watched the ground bits of cookie crumble to the ground before he blinked in confusion with a sincere, “Oops… Looks like I made a mess…”
Tao watched the cookie as the crumbled to the ground and he chuckled before taking out another. “That is how the cookie crumbles I suppose.” He held it out, still chuckling a bit. The cookie in his mouth was now gone and he took another out of his pocket and stuck it in his mouth. Tao sat there for a moment, nomming on the cookie before he looked up at the sky. “Blink. How have you been? It’s been a while since I last saw you.”
This time, the boy refused the offer by simply ignoring the treat in the other's hand.
"I don't know..." he whispered in response to Tao's question before chuckling a little, hands reaching up into his hood to grip tightly into his hair. "I don't know~...!"

It took a moment for the boy to register her presence, but he jumped a little as she spoke. “Tcchh-heh~” His scoffed chuckle rode on a light, airy exhale that slipped passed his fangs. Refusing to lift his head to her, he simply shook it side to side… with such a force that his shoulders shook with him. ”Mm-mm. No. Your name is hello, and I am goodbye. Now please leave~.” His voice cracked as though he might start crying in a moment. What was visible of his face contorted as though he might be in pain, but quickly morphed into a scowl, fangs bared as a tear visibly trailed down to his chin.
“…”
What the fuck was that supposed to mean? Keyanna felt a vein twitch in her head, the answer that fell from his lips not the one she was expecting. At first she thought the lonely fucker was drunk, his body swaying in an inebriated manner. But had he been into alcohol she would have smelt it on him by now.
And was that… did she just catch a hint of salt in the air?
“Look… I’m not really in the mood to get fucked around with today. So i’ll ask for the last time. Who the fuck are you and why are you on my fucking mountain?!”
Dark energy radiated and pulsated from Blink's body at the sound of the curse that left her lips. There was a deafening ringing in the air, lasting for several seconds before it faded away into an almost eerie silence. The world around them had suddenly gone quiet. All life, animals, wind, and even the rustling of the trees above ceased in their movements and noises... save for a sound that seemed similar to that of a dozen or so invisible bugs crawling around them.
The boy's body remained perfectly still as strands of blackened red wove up the tree behind him, bearing the scent of decayed blood. Their source was coming from Blinks back that was propped against the trunk of the great tree. The hundreds of strands wove up the tree until it was entirely black, consumed in whatever bloody substance that had secreted from the young boy's form.
"I'd be careful with your words, friend~" he said sweetly, tears in his voice.

She didn’t know what it was… But there was a feeling creeping up into her. Its fingers curling around her heart, squeezing deeply into the very center of her soul. Dark green eyes narrowed, running over her surroundings as she jumped through the trees.
