So, according to the Harry Potter wiki, Peter Pettigrew was born in 1960. You want to know what 1960 was? According to the Chinese calendar, it was the year of the rat. I don't know what to do with this information

So, we all kind of figured out that Sirius Black and James Potter were related given the whole pureblood interrelations thing, but by the end of the series, Remus Lupin is also related to them through marriage. He married Nymphadora Tonks, who was the daughter Andromeda Tonks (neé Black). But Andromeda was Sirius's cousin, making Sirius one of Remus's in-laws. By the end of the series, the marauders (except Peter) were truly family, just like how Hermione and Harry eventually became part of the family as well.

Advice: I feel like you’re pretty new to Tumblr so welcome! I’m just getting adjusted myself after being in a two year hiatus. Anyways, I’m not sure what blog you want to be yet but the great thing about Tumblr is that you can be any blog you want! I would start out by getting a new theme besides the default one and customizing your mobile theme too. You can find basically every theme on Theme Hunter but I also am starting to make more themes again which you can check out here. Also, start posting some stuff too! Anything you want really. I tend to veer for aesthetic posts with some Harry Potter aesthetic thrown in but you can blog or reblog whatever you want!

Friendly Reminder

Lily Evans/Potter would have been 57 tomorrow. Lily Evans/Potter probably would have woken up to a breakfast in bed made by James Potter tomorrow. Lily Evans/Potter would have had two letters coming in from hogwarts to wish her a happy birthday tomorrow. But Lily Evans/Potter died 36 years ago with the knowledge that one of her best friends betrayed her. Lily Evans/ Potter died only moments after hearing her husband hit the ground and knowing she would go the same way.

Friendly reminder that Lily wasn’t only betrayed by one friend, but two.

Peter was the one who sold out her and her husband, but Snape told Voldemort the prophecy and caused him to target them.

Friendly reminder that Remus Lupin was the last of the Marauders to die. Meaning, he had to hear about (and in Sirius’s case, watch) how his friends died. The same ones that accepted him for who he was and did everything in their power to help him.

I just thought of something. James, Sirius, and Peter were all Pureblooded. That means that Remus was the only Half-Blood marauder. So not only did he feel left out because of his werewolf problem, but he probably also felt he wasn’t good enough to be with them either

I strongly feel that Roxanne Weasley was a smart girl, probably could achieve all Os if she wanted to. But in her life mischief always came first.
