One day I’ll get over her, until then I’ll just keep daydreaming about us.
Took two rolls of expired Kodak 160NC to a @spitta_andretti car show at night. Shot one roll at ISO 1600 and the other at ISO 800… but forgot to write down which was which 😭
One roll came back super dark, the other came out dope.
Lesson learned: always label your film rolls before you put them away lol.
Not loud carnival clown energy, but a lone character backstage in the heat, in some backyard you’ve seen before, in that soft quiet where imagination and melancholy sit side-by-side.
Like Tennessee Williams met a circus ghost in New Orleans summer light.
Thank you, @dadwoman , for letting me capture your idea and for pushing me into new creative territory. I needed that.
You still holdin onto that old school whippin dream? Still picturin’ yourself slidin’ on 26s or better, Forgiatos gleamin’? You still see your hands grippin’ that woodgrain wheel? Still thinkin’ ’bout throwin’ six 12s in the trunk and lettin’ the block feel it? Oh it’s closer to you than you think.
Had to break these looks up each one deserved its own shine. @sondersimiya came through, and Kodak 200 did its thing. Might be time to keep this stock loaded more often 👀📸”
And this first frame? Easily giving Vogue, GQ, and Essence cover energy—unfiltered, golden, and real.”
Lately, I’ve been spending time with the local bike community, documenting their rhythm, speed, and skill that define the South’s underground streets. Shot without a tripod and pushed to 1600, this roll carries the pulse of every frame.
I’ve been trying to tap more into an editorial style with my film photography, making sure every frame feels like it could live on a magazine cover.

Something out of my norm, but exactly what I needed. @dadwoman trusted me to capture their vision on film, and it turned into one of the most exciting shoots I’ve done in a while. The colors, the mood, the character, film just brought it to life. Made me want to dive deeper into the kind of work that challenges me to see differently.
Stepping beyond what’s familiar. Streetwear has always been my armor a comfort I rarely shed. But this shoot with @TrenityThomas asked for vulnerability. I let the guard fall, trusted the vision, and moved where the art led.

Fresh out
First time really diving into night photography on film and I’m hooked. There’s something about balancing the waist-level viewfinder while staying aware of my surroundings that makes the process both challenging and thrilling. I wish I could capture more of those moments, but the images I did get came out just perfect. Definitely planning to load up on more rolls soon and push myself further into the world of night film photography.
Lately, I’ve been focusing deeply on my own projects, submitting to galleries, especially overseas, but I know it’s time to expand further. I want to share my work more intentionally, pushing toward museums, publishing, and printing in new ways. So be on the lookout… this is just the beginning.
The New Show At JetLife
Shooting with expired film is always a gamble. You never know whether you’ll end up with flaws or magic, but that’s part of the allure. When it hits, the results carry a beauty that feels unrepeatable, tones and textures that no fresh roll could ever offer. It’s the unpredictability that makes it so rewarding.
