Producto de una jugarreta infantil entre chiquillos que acabó muy mal. En su juventud, Kenny y otros niños de su grupo se aventuraron en un centro comercial abandonado. Blanco de bromas por su personalidad algo más introvertida, acabó encerrado en un depósito lleno de maniquíes que terminaron por dar forma a este temor. Promoción válida también para títeres, muñecos de ventrílocuo y estatuas de cera.

Claustrofobia, a causa del escondite que acabó salvándole la vida a los 13 años. Patty, la sirvienta y esclava de su familia, se ocultó con ella en un armario para que los atacantes no las encontraran. Al espacio estrecho, aún más reducido porque dos personas estaban dentro, se sumó al trauma de escuchar desde allí como torturaban a sus padres y hermanos. Odia andar en sitios pequeños, es la primera en oponerse a pasar por tal o cual hueco cuando sale de expedición, y la que siente que le falta el aire si termina en un lugar abarrotado de personas.
