I don't really know how to articulate those thoughts so bear with me please - but there is something in Ros's choice to call on Bad, specifically, to kill herself that I can't get out of my mind.

Part of it is how she knew that out of all her friends he would be the least likely to deny her. Everyone else would try to get her to change her mind, but she knew that Bad would take the bait - hook, line and sinker as well. He might be conflicted about it sometimes, but if you put the barrel on your head and tell him to shoot, there is no way in heaven or hell he wouldn't do it. Something something, she turned her friend into her weapon.

Which is something that she did before with Sneeg.. He has been her right-hand man in that it's the hand she carries her spear with. (Not only, I know, but also! If she needs someone killed he would just ask when and where) And he's been the one to get her off the edge before, to bring her back home, to make her feel safe and loved again. And he's been the one she definitely did not want to go to with those thoughts and feelings and desires to end it all. Because this is the one weapon that wouldn't turn onto her no matter what. Somehow his refusal to see what's wrong and bad and sometimes cruel in her is what made him lose her. That unintentional cruelty led her away from him and under his enemy's blade. And he'd rather melt the gun she used to kill herself, burn the earth where her blood spilled, than blame her for giving up.

I don't know where I'm going with that but there's something in how Ros turned away from the big scary dog that is at her beck and call, to run to the one who would bite her if riled up enough that will always break my heart a little bit

#I have been thinking about this for a while #and I think if Ros could have chosen anyone #she would have asked foolish to do it #because sneeg took her life at the ball #(accident)#and Aimsey took her life a few days before #so foolish would complete the circle somehow #so the people closest to her #would have all had a hand in helping her (killing her)#but she knew foolish would never agree to it #and he isn't powerful enough for accidents like sneeg #so having bad do it was the next best thing #because bad and foolish are who they are #and bad would make sure that foolish was there with her in the end #(or aimsey)

for the record, now that we've had a callout post that successfully caused a creator to be excised from the community, expect more callout posts in the near future and expect them to be of dubious quality. a lot of people are going to be looking at this situation and taking the lesson that starting up a twitter hate mob is the way to get what they want, which is exactly the wrong lesson to take away from this situation.

use common sense, look for actual harm being done and actual sources of information, don't jump to any conclusions either for or against your guys, and don't press anyone else to have answers the instant an accusation drops either.
